Great location - in the centre, a two-minute walk from the underground station, within walking distance from the Old Town, a few-minute walk from Baku Boulevard. Very clean. An electric kettle and a hairdrier in the room. Very friendly and helpful staff. The hostel gives an opportunity to meet people from different cultures. Good value for money.

Share bathrooms were not that much clean regularly. Room cleaning and the beds didn't even clean and changed once in our stay of 3 nights. And most importantly if u r elderly person and u r having knee problems do keep in mind this hostel is located at the 3rd floor which may cause a bit of hassle and inconvenience.

The location was exceptional, very close to Nizami street and all major attractions. Receptionist Fawad's attitude is very expressive and friendly, night guys were a bit rude sometimes.

The bed is not comfortable neither is the pillow. The entrance of the building (actually the stairs) is a bit scary. the toilets need a bit of maintenance and more cleanness

Location is pretty convenient, you can walk around many amazing places in Baku. Also, there are a lot of restaurants and supermarkets close by. They have separate bathrooms for girls and boys. The staff is friendly. The place has a few amenities such as a small kitchen or social room.

Staying at the Travel Inn Hostel exceeded my expectations in everything. The place is clean and comfortable and in the middle of the city so you can go anywhere on foot or by public transportation nearby. Around the hostel there are restaurants and a supermarket nearby. Wonderful staff Especially Fouad who helped me a lot in obtaining very important information . About the city, it would have cost me a lot if it were not for their advice, such as buying the best internet line or how to get back to the airport at the cheapest price instead of a taxi, I enjoyed this place a lot, and all of that was for the price of accommodation, which I consider great for all these services

The staff are so nice in the hostel. Especially the manager of the hostel is a nicer person. It's a great experience of mine. location is near Nasami Street. Sahil metro station is also near. There are so many Restaurants near the hostel location. Highly recommended to solo travellers.

There’s nothing that i did not like, however, I do think there are points that the hostel can better take care of and fellow travelers can pay attention to. WASHROOMS: The washrooms, during my whole stay, had an unpleasant odor and wasn’t the most clean. I was reluctant to use them properly. Of course, this is the fault of the people using it but maybe more often cleaning or some strict rules regarding the washroom usage could be enforced. KITCHEN: If you’re a traveler that is planning to cook, you won’t really be able to as I didn’t see any cooking gear/place to cook. However, the hostel does provide cups. ROOMS: The bunk beds are not right by the wall. There’s a considerable amount of space between the bed and the wall. Hence, when someone opens their bed lights it instantly shines into your area as well. Which I found quite disturbing for good sleep, especially when people leave the hostel in the evening and keep their lights on until they come back late evening. BUILDING: Because the building door is open during the day until late evening, there can sometimes be homeless people entering the building. I had quite a scare on one of the nights I stayed here when I was going up the stairs to reach the hostel and came across a homeless person who seemed they were on some type of substance/weren’t in the right place of mind. Unfortunately the stairs are the only option of reaching the hostel that’s on the third floor, hence, it was a struggle.

LOCATION: Firstly, the hostel has the most amazing location right in the heart of the city. Everything is only 5 minutes away (grocery store, metro, buses) etc. Furthermore, the area is immensely safe and night strolls are really nice. STAFF: The staff working at the counter are so incredibly welcoming and present they make you feel at home. AMENITIES: The hostel offers you slippers and a towel as well. They have drying racks, hairdryers, and irons for use along did a microwave and tea machine in the kitchen. There’s a laundromat store really close by. LUGGAGE STORAGE: The hostel allows you to store your luggage in a special staff room that’s very safe. I used it both on the day of check in and until late evening on the day of my check out. ROOMS: The beds are super comfortable and large. The rooms are large too, hence, there’s a lot of moving space. They offer you two lockers which is immensely useful and give you the locks for them as well. The beds have a charging outlet, light, and curtains. The rooms are cleaned every morning. WASHROOMS: There’s one separate toilet with a sink and then another washroom with 2-3 showers, 3 sinks, and 1 toilet (for the ladies). I think these facilities are more than enough for the number of people staying there. COMMON AREAS: The common areas are nice and comfortable. Unfortunately when I went there wasn’t much socializing going on, however, the manager did talk to me about how people would gather and socialize in the common areas. They are clean and well looked after.

I’d give 10 but the kitchen is missing a lot. There’s a tea and coffee station but it’s taken down around 10 pm so you can’t make a hot drink after that hour. Same in the morning. I think they put the station back on the counter around 8 am? Once I was leaving before 7 and couldn’t even make a tea. The kettle would solve it. There’s a fridge and a microwave only. You can’t cook anything because there’s no cooker 😓

Good comfy bed, staff were very nice! So helpful and friendly. Theres an area to chill with two massive couches. Oh there’s a washing machine and you can do the laundry only for 3 manat - great! Very good WiFi 👍🏻

The day "hotel manager ", has excellent customer service, very helpful and hospitable, ready to help you anytime besides the excellent service of the rest of the crew the afternoon shift in the reception , the hostel is in very good location, handy to go every where , spot on clean . I really enjoyed my stay and wondering around baku Azerbaijan.

It was great. Manager are so helpful and hostel has great location, you can walk everywhere. Bed is comfortable and you have personal nightlight. Room is quiet in the night so there are no issues to fall asleep.
