Everything was good.

The property was in the old town and had a terrace with view of the sea. There are stairs but staff helped us with the luggage. We loved the breakfast which was freshly made. We stayed only for a night but it was a great place to stay. Pls however note that rooms are small so if travelling with kids it may feel little cramped

Very well managed cozy hotel, located in Old Town (center of the touristic zone) with brilliant balcony on the top floor having view to town and sea. Good quality and comfortable bed, moderate size room, well managed.

Being on the top floor, it would have been nice to have had someone take my case up.

Location was the best thing about the 2 seasons. Closely followed by the female receptionist and the guy that was responsible for making breakfasts. My room on the top floor had a great terrace.

I felt completely safe staying at this hotel. Quiet at night. Easy access to restaurants and markets. It is located inside the old city, it was nice to take morning stroll around.

Taxi do not always want to pick you up from inside the old city. The bathroom fan made some noise and needs to be fixed. No elevator, so no wheelchair accessibility/ not suitable for low-mobility people.

No noncence 3-4 star hotel. Rooms with balcony are nice. Very good location inside old city.

Change nothing, just keep everything like it is

First the desk was exceptional with a dream team : Roya which is an MA literay studies patient, pleasant, efficient and very well mannered, then Cavid a computer studies student extremely effective, knews everything I wanted to know, very quick, decisive, helpful and both of them speaking good english (and by the way russian). Then the owner of the hotel wich with his phylosophy and his rafinated good taste put his imprint on everything. Very good organic breakfast beautifully served. This is probably the best hotel in the old town.

The hotel's location is amazing - it is located right in the old city of Baku. Main tourist places are in a walking distance from the hotel - Shirvanshah saray Maiden Tower, Nizami street, Fountain square. The room was comfortable and had a balcony with the amazing view of the sea. The breakfast served in the hotel was very good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had a problem to check in for the flight next day with the Azerbidzanian company and they called to the airport to help me to solve this issue. They also called us a taxi to the airport. There are very good restaurants nearby which serve traditional food - Gaynana, La Quzu etc I recommend this hotel. Very good place to stay in the Old city of Baku.

Could have stayed in a room with a better view.

Staff was very helpful,at reception Javed and the lady at night shift. Must say breakfast was very good. The room was spacious and clean. thanks to the chef for preparing take away breakfast at early morning departure. Highly recommended.

Location. Quiet. In old city which made the setting nice but only a two minute walk from the front gate to get out. Wifi was strong. Always a staff member in the lobby - all day and night.

Great, functional hotel located in the old town. We stayed for the Grand Prix and could easily walk to our grandstand and there are some fantastic restaurants on the doorstep. My room was a generous size with a little balcony and simply furnished. WiFi worked well throughout the hotel. The concierge helped us to arrange tours and transfers and conversing on WhatsApp was very easy.

Room 41 was very small. Preferred the bigger room 31 on the last day, although the view was not as good. Breakfast was good but not varied, only the egg choice between boiled and omelette.

Fantastic view from the balcony of the Caspian Sea. Service from Javid was excellent, he went out of his way to make sure I was safe when taking taxis. He and the younger Javid were always on hand to attend to our every need. the cook also served as the cleaner and driver and he did an excellent job.

location was perfect, in the old town close to restaurants and sites. the room and facilities were very clear and comfortable, as pictured. however the staff really put this place above the rest. the staff went out of their way to help me, including booking me a bus to my next destination. thank you! I will definitely stay here again next time I’m in Baku.
