My room was in the basement so had no natural light. The pinging noise of the lift outside my room, often during the night, was annoying.

Very Good location, walking distance from Nizami St. Room was very clean with all basic facilities. All Staff were very polite and ready to help. Good Breakfast. We also got complementary one way drop to airport. Overall very good experience !!!

Unfortunately, our stay was marred by a persistent issue - every night, a strong and unpleasant odor emanated from the bathroom.

The Location in old Baku was Perfect, and the staff, especially Arkan, were incredibly friendly and helpful.

Breakfast plate - it looked like it had been sat out a while (the cheese was a bit sweaty) Staff were quite pushy about payment. I checked that I could pay by card beforehand and they said I could. Then when I turned up the card machine was ‘broken on Friday and Saturday’. I asked if I could pay it on Monday at check out. They followed me to my room and knocked on on two separate occasions to sort payment. It felt a bit invasive as a solo female traveller.

The location of this hotel is ultimate. It's inside the old city where you can walk down and visit most of the places by walk. It's a new property. The facilities provided here were good.

The room I lived in is located on the ground floor opposite the reception. Sometimes you hear a lot of noises, sometimes it smells like tobacco smoke from the small street.

The only thing taxi didn't enter to Iceri Seher, we had to walk to get out of Iceri Seher to taxi with luggage and stuff. But the receptionists and staff helped a lot with carrying the bags.

Location was great, staff is very helpful, rooms are clean and comfortable. There are a lot of local restaurants and walking areas around the hotel.

WiFi on and off at top level. Loud noise from industrial size air con units to side of hotel affecting most of the rooms......the hotel really really needs to sort this out!! DO NOT USE THEIR TAXI SERVICE. They charge 2-3 times normal street prices There is something very dodgy about payment at this place. It appears they have been telling customers on arrival to go to cash machines for some time now. 'Our credit card machine is not working' is simply not good enough! And strange messages before arrival about payment were very disconcerting indeed. Wake up West Inn, you are not some cheap hostel!

Smart, quality place. Lovely rooftop bar, very comfortable rooms. Fantastic terraces with views of Flames and Caspian from the two top level superior rooms....book one of these!

The breakfast service was slow and unprofessional. The variety of food was very limited. We informed the receptionist staff but still no improvement. Even one morning we were late for our tour since the breakfast was served very late. Therefore we skipped our breakfast twice in order to enjoy it in another place to not to spoil our impression of Baku.

Wi-fi was weak in the evenings, and I wouldn't recommend the place for remote working.

The hotel is brand new (opened in 2023), and I was offered a room upgrade. The location is in the city center, almost everything is within walking distance. The personnel is very nice and helpful too! The old city is very quiet, so the sleep was amazing (though take airplugs if you are not Muslim, as a mosque is located next to the hotel).

Soundproofing is not good. Fridge location in the closet is hard to access. Breakfast is bad and too little choices on the a la carte style; wide variety buffet or a la carte is expected in 5-star hotel. Staff are very slow.
