We had a night flight, we arrived at the hotel early in the morning. After a short wait the room was available and we could also have breakfast. On the second evening, there was fruit waiting for us in the room. There was a kettle for making coffee/tea in the room. The room was large and comfortable. The hotel wifi worked very well.

The staff were very accommodating and helpful. The rooms were spotless and the view was great. The location of the hotel was great given that it is really close to the city center and everything you may need will be near you. All in all would comeback again and book the same hotel

Staff, Xonal i think was her name who checked us in. She was very friendly and patient to check and enter all our details. we had booked 5 rooms. she even upgraded our rooms to spacious ones for the children. I hope these staff will remain when movenpick takes over. i saw some works going on. Ali also helped us with the luggage. The supervisor nigar also was in touch by watsap for any questions.

The problem is not in the hotel but in the surrounding escalators that are not that accessible for walking. But this problem repeats itself throughout the city

The house keeping staff in the night shift if you call them and ask them for bottle of waters , they will ignore you so you need every time to call the receptionist to ask for the bottle of waters .

The check in process was great , we had an early check in since we came early around 10 am , the room that was booked for us was still occupied so Ms Kunol was so kind and did her search and provided us with bigger room than ours , she facilitated a smooth check in process , thanks to Ms Nigar for her hospitality she welcomed us and provided us with a fruit basket , she also provided us with a guide tour to visit Quba city . the morning house keeping staff was so lovely and kind and provided us with every things we needed , the breakfast menu is delicious and has a variety of food and they change the menu and beverages daily , I also liked that the hotel arranged for us a driver to pick us from the airport ,The hotel is 5 minutes walk to Nizami street and it’s located in a quiet street , this hotel inshAllah will be my place to stay if I’m visiting Paku in future , thanks again for all the staff .

The restaurant staff doesn't seems to be welcoming at all. One has to arrange the basics also on their table by themselves.

Breakfast was good with standard varieties. The highlight of the hotel is the location and Ms. Nigar, who very efficiently helped us plan our trips. She was very kind and made sure our trips are executed effectively. Nizami street is 5-7 mins walk. if you download BOLT app, than you can get the taxi for less than 5 mannat to almost every attraction like baku old city, Carpet Museum/little Venice etc

Very clean and comfortable, the staff were very reachable and helpful all the time whenever needed. Our room had the best view “ flame towers”, and location is right at the center, walking distance away from Nizami street

The concierge was absent most of the time and the staff was somewhat helpful.

The location, safe and close to key points, was convenient for us as we mostly walked around (the city is generally walkable), and our room was excellent. It was large, spotlessly clean, with a nice view and all the amenities. Communication with the staff was without any problems, while the responses from the hotel's customer service department to our emails were prompt and precise. We liked that on our last night, a fruit platter was waiting for us in our room...
