Breakfast could have been better, it is the same food everyday, but there are place close to hotel that offer great food. Location in industrial zone, but it will save great amount of time when travelling to airport.

Staff if superfriendly, all of my extra requests were satisfied. They have great pool and sauna. I highy recommend this place.

there is some points to get better in point of my view : *some bad smells al night and day from bath *espresso is not included in the break fast and you must pay extra ! * I ordered a Cheesburger, but it smelled the fish, and probably the burger was prepared with used oil for fish !

the room was big, and clean. nice and professional persons, I would thank them for all helps and services they gave me during my presence in their hotel. the hotel is very clean and silent, i didnt use the GYM, but it has many instruments and the pool was clean and big. maybe next time i try the gym.

Breakfast staff not up to standard. Some of the items were not replenished in time (coffee, juice, several food items, fried eggs cold, ...). Room furniture was in good condition but design had some soviet era charm.

It’s away from city with not very good connectivity. Whoever designed/ approved the finishes was heavy influenced by oriental kitsch ... The bathroom ,though big wasn’t designed properly, single robe hook above toilet… little annoying things like carpet with a patch missing. The biggest problem was-finding a taxi/ bolt returning to hotel ( most drivers avoid this area it seems,as they wouldn’t get a customer for the return leg)

The location is a bit far, its could be counted as both the good and bad part about this hotel. Good so that its away from the city centre traffic / crowd. Bad that it takes a bit of time to get to the city. I wouldn’t recommend this place for a family (with parents/ kids), as its very popular among bachelor tourists and for them to party and have fun.

The breakfast is not the best but its okay.

The hotel was not that close to the city centre and we needed cabs to take us there. No place of interest at walkable distance from the hotel. Otherwise, everything was wonderful.

The hotel was wonderfully decorated. The room was fabulous and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The gym and the swimming pool were excellent. The variety in breakfast was awesome and I would like to recommend the hotel to everyone.

Disappointed following a recent 2-night stay at your establishment in Baku, which unfortunately fell short of the standards expected from a 5-star hotel. Upon arrival, despite having specifically requested a double bed to accommodate my family of four, we were initially assigned a room with twin beds. It took over two hours and several interactions with your front desk staff, who cited understaffing issues, before we were relocated to a room that met our original specifications. This delay significantly disrupted our schedule and our comfort. The condition of the second room provided to us also left much to be desired. We encountered several maintenance issues including a broken toilet doorknob, torn sheets, and an overall impression of a room not suitable for guest accommodation. Given it was our last day in Baku, we chose not to request another room change to avoid further inconvenience and to maximize our remaining time exploring the city. Additionally, the breakfast offered during our stay was underwhelming in both variety and quality, especially compared to what we have experienced at other 4-star hotels in the area. The service at the breakfast buffet, particularly at the omelette and pancake station, struggled to keep pace with the guest demand, which was frustrating and further indicative of the staffing issues. These experiences did not align with the high standards of hospitality and service that are advertised and expected at a Wyndham hotel.

Room size was great for a family of 4. Housekeeping was provided. I would like to specifically commend the reception staff member on duty, who was managing multiple roles including that of concierge, room attendant, and receptionist. Despite the evident understaffing, he worked diligently and with great patience to address our concerns as well as those of other guests.

Very low standard with damaged cots and sofas and unclean corridors and unclean rooms. Even some lights were not working and I had to get them repair it after I moved in. Not worth for the money being paid

Bathroom amenities was not good as per 5 star rating. Breakfast was normal not good. Morning there was smell in galleries. As a 5 star hotel, I was expecting more.

Everything was perfect

Front desk staff was very kind and helpful in finding us a taxi to Shahdag . He also called us enroute to shahdag and made sure we were fine . Overall we had an exceptional stay at the Wyndham Baku which was only 20 minutes drive from the airport
