There is no elevator and we had a pretty heavy luggage. But the receptionists helped us to carry it.

My US Visa card worked everywhere in Baku except this hotel. Be prepared with cash if coming from Western Countries.

In the heart of Baku just steps from the restaurants and shops of Fountain Square and a three-minute walk to the Old City. Small Inn with a Bohemian vibe, my room was stylish with fun art, colored brick walls and high ornate ceilings. The highlight of my Je Suite was the balcony the overlooked the square 20 meters away. Great and helpful staff were always offering assistance.

A lovely, exceptionally located hotel with wonderful staff! My room was spacious and clean, the outdoor terrace was lovely, and I felt very comfortable there. Everyone at the front desk was very kind and professional, but in particular, I want to mention how helpful Arif was. My trip to Baku was very last-minute, so I hadn’t done much planning, and he went above and beyond to answer all of my questions, give me advice on the city, and help me book drivers and tickets. When a surprise road closure was announced the afternoon before my departure, he called me to tell me he had heard this news and changed my airport pickup time for me so I would not miss my flight. If you need help with anything at all in the city, definitely ask for Arif! The next time I visit Baku, I will definitely stay at Zimmer Hotel again.

Zimmer Hotel is in the heart of Baku. Everything is walking distance. Literally everything. The staff is really cooperative in all means. They guide you well. The hotel has been kept clean and cozyy. If I come to Baku again, this will be my go-to place

The place has really amazing interiors and wonderful view from the room. The location was perfect, at the heart of Baku, next to all the happening places in the city. Arif at the reception was very friendly and helpful. He gave a lot of wonderful tips for exploring Baku. Overall quite an amazing experience, in terms of people, location and ambience.

Great rooms, clean, very spacious and on a very lively part of town. Staff speak fluent English which is not always the case in other hotels. The hotel is inside one of those old buildings near Nizami street area. You wouldn’t believe that inside that building was a very affordable and cozy hotel. One of the highlights of my stay was the service provided by the staff. From the front desk to the housekeeping team, they are eager to assist and always have smiles on their faces. Additionally, the location of couldn't have been better. Situated in the center, it was conveniently close to major attractions, shopping districts, and public transportation, making it easy for me to explore the city at my leisure. Overall, my experience at was nothing short of exceptional. I wholeheartedly recommend for a memorable and comfortable stay.

Bidet is hard to use. Difficult stairs especially with lots of luggage.
