It was pleasant staying at this hotel, staff members are pretty friendly and helpful who go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay, Rooms were Clean and Comfortable & now Coming to the location, this hotel is in the heart of city i.e close to all attractions, cafes, restaurants, and transportation Also it was a smooth and hassle-free check-in and check-out process. Personalized thing happened with me is that they give me free upgrade in request. Thanks to manager Farid and his team.

There is a big flight of stairs but the staff handled all the luggage.

Great location near all the sites of Baku. The staff were very helpful. They assisted in arranging a driver. Our little balcony overlooking the street below was fantastic for breakfast and afternoon drinks.

1. CLEANING is so good. 2. Staff is helpful, the reception guy Ali and Manager Farid who has the same name with me helped me a lot. After a long time, i have visited my motherland, so i don't know some places. 3. There is a place for reading, this is one of the best things ever i like in hotels 4. Wifi is good. 5. There is public parking in front of the hotel, as they said, this is useful. 6. The most exciting is the location, location is near everything by walk distance.

There is no elevator and we had a pretty heavy luggage. But the receptionists helped us to carry it.

My US Visa card worked everywhere in Baku except this hotel. Be prepared with cash if coming from Western Countries.

In the heart of Baku just steps from the restaurants and shops of Fountain Square and a three-minute walk to the Old City. Small Inn with a Bohemian vibe, my room was stylish with fun art, colored brick walls and high ornate ceilings. The highlight of my Je Suite was the balcony the overlooked the square 20 meters away. Great and helpful staff were always offering assistance.

Zimmer Hotel is in the heart of Baku. Everything is walking distance. Literally everything. The staff is really cooperative in all means. They guide you well. The hotel has been kept clean and cozyy. If I come to Baku again, this will be my go-to place

The place has really amazing interiors and wonderful view from the room. The location was perfect, at the heart of Baku, next to all the happening places in the city. Arif at the reception was very friendly and helpful. He gave a lot of wonderful tips for exploring Baku. Overall quite an amazing experience, in terms of people, location and ambience.

Great rooms, clean, very spacious and on a very lively part of town. Staff speak fluent English which is not always the case in other hotels. Staff was super helpful with some issues we faced and made our stay memorable. Arif in particular went out of his way to assist in every way he good. Highly recommended.
