Its proximity to the sea/ beach , views from the balcony and the location was brilliant for Worthing square and a short walk to St Lawrence gap. The rooms were a good size and all the amenities required.

Excellent spot right on the beach, pool area was well laid out with sun loungers and a couple of tables & chairs. A couple of small supermarkets nearby too.

We were very pleased with everything and will definitely consider staying here again if the opportunity arises.

The staff were very accommodating in allowing us to come early from out cruise ship departure. Even though the room wasn’t ready (it was 9:30 AM), they gave us access to the property, pool, restaurant and bar. They also gave us the gate code to enjoy the beach and use all of the common areas. As soon as our room was ready they came to give us the keys.

It was the worst experience in a resort kink of place in my life!!! The attitude and terrible servicce of the woman on the front desk was just unacceptable. They know nothing about customer service, they just don´t care for customers. I will never go back there; my advise is "stay away from this place" there are many more nicer options on the area where you will be treated like a human being. And all of this happened because I claimed for the room I booked, requested and paid and never got.

Feel that the hotel is overpriced. Similar property in the area is half as much with exactly the same facilities and view. The rooms are feeling a little tired. You need to be up at dawn if you want a pool lounger. Maybe 32 rooms and 64 guests - 24 loungers? Hotel doesn't manage the situation so we spent most days going to the beach and paying for loungers and an umbrella... 15 USD generally. (The beaches are great)

Location was great for exploring the South Coast. Bridgetown and Oistins in easy reach on the buses. Staff very friendly and we felt very safe. The housekeeping team are wonderful and the best restaurant guides you will find if you want to try Bajan food.

Limited amount of sun-beds which resulted in having to get up early to make sure we had one. Hotel does not provide sun-beds for the beach.

Rooms could use a modernization, it looks a bit old and no interior design. It’s a medium level hotel, but very clean and amazing location. Do not recommend the breakfast. Just a touch: We were on our honeymoon and we told the hotel about it beforehand and no one at the hotel seemed to know it. Usually for special locations the nicer hotels do a little something to welcome you or just tell you to enjoy the honeymoon. This was not that level of hotel.

The location is amazing in front of a beautiful beach with not many people from the hotel using the chairs at the beach. The room was very spacious.

Hotel is understaffed . Lack of restaurants in the area.

Beach was clean and low surf made it safe. Comparing it to St. Lawrence gap. it is lacking in restaurants and shops. Room was satisfactory and semi equipped. Bar and food orders were handled by one person making a long wait for her return to take a drink order. Food was so-so.

The main road behind the hotel is very busy. There is a stark contrast between the front - looking out over stunning views, and the back - a busy, noisy, dirty main road.

The hotel is lovely and clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The views out to sea are stunning.

Entrance to the beach was terrible. Also the fences from the terrace toward the beach are awful.

Unfortunately the elevator kept breaking down. Some of the appliances and fixtures need upgrading.

I did find however on check in, there was a slight scent of wood/oldness to the room. I was also unaware that if we returned after a certain hour during our stay that we would have to ring the doorbell and wait to be let into the hotel.

The location was ideal and the staff was generally friendly. Rooms were clean.

Quite dated and worn out, lots of mosquitos in the room as the door nets were in poor repair. However, it is a lovely hotel for the money.

Best view on the island, from the three hotels I’ve stayed in. Rooms are very spacious too, almost like apartments than hotel rooms.

The rooms were old and outdated. Ants were around the sink and it didnt look so clean. Toliet didnt work the first night so we couldnt flush. Only one person working at the bar and had to ask the front desk to find the person.

Room was quite dated. Our room was right outside the cleaner’s area and the kitchen which was very loud in the early mornings which wasn’t great. Barbed wire fences surrounding the pool area dampens the views of the sea and sunset.

Hotel was very clean, right on the beach and good location to walk into St Lawrence Gap for food and drinks. Beds were comfy and pool was very nice. Not too busy so no issues getting a sunbed later in the day.

Property rooms need an a serious upgrade as shower , sinks, taps, kitchen , kettle, sheets, need to be replaced as they were broken or working badly. No shampoo or bath soap. No detergent provided or dish sponge, floors and glas table weren’t cleaned daily, balcony never cleaned , cheap plastic chairs balcony broken, wifi terrible . Not enough sun umbrellas and people were reserving loungers with umbrella every day before 7.30 am .Need I go on ?

every room had a beach view but it was a shame you had to put up a change- linked fence to protect it. the beach was lovely.

At arrival I was told my stay was completely paid. I was shown a slip showing the room was paid in BBD and was totally paid by my reservation fee. Upon returning to the USA I come to find my bank account had been charged twice more for the same stay. The information on the reservation states the booking is to be paid in the local currency . One of the charges were removed how ever the other remained to be paid. I was not informed at check out that additional charges were added to my credit card.

The hotel staff, especially those in the restaurant were wonderful and added to the time spent during the visit.
