gardens and pool very good and well kept. room not as expected even after given choice of 2. breakfast choice limited but staff lovely. rooms supposed to have patio but none available. best garden rooms seemed booked out by long term visitors.

Didn’t feel super secure being on the first floor where anyone could walk right up to us. Curtains did very little to block out the morning sun.

I was overall happy with everything, a pool, great location and great value.

I loved the location, a 3 minute walk to the beach, large rooms and the restaurant was a wonderful added bonus. Felt very safe and looked after :)

I found my courtyard room claustrophobic, glad I was only there 4 nights. Desperately needs a refurb. Also missing a safe and iron/board from the room.

Great location. Short walk to the beach. Easy walk into the Gap. Nice little pool and very well kept gardens. Very friendly staff and room very clean.

It would have been good to have had more air conditioning units in the apartment. Only one bedroom had A.C in it and the living room didn't have one either which meant the apartment was very hot in the evenings.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the apartment was spacious, well furnished and it was cleaned regularly, the pool was clean and well maintained.

There was nothing about the hotel, we didn't like except for the room, they could have sprayed for the little ants that were crawling on the table where we had to eat. They were all over the place. We didn't complain, but it should be routine to spray daily when the room is cleaned. We were bothered by fresh washcloths not being placed in the room after it was cleaned. There were two people on the reservation, but they would only leave 1 washcloth when the room was cleaned. We also wished they offered beach towels.

The location was the best. We were in the middle of everything. There were monkeys in the garden area which was beautiful! We were within walking distance to the beach and St. Lawrence Gap, where all of the activity was. The breakfast menu was sparse, but the food was great! We loved the staff, they were so gracious and pleasant!

That the package wasnt breakfast inclusive. The only issue is the food could be included in a package if someone wants breakfast only. it was difficult to have to arrange for food breakfast and work out change and currency and even tho most will charge to the room sometimes its not convenient for the few. But overall the service was very good. A message maybe night before coming via email to the guest puts your mind at rest.

I think the hotel comfort was excellent. Love easy currency exchange too!

Only realize in the end that Booking.com had us booked for 6 instead of 8 I had indicated 6 adults, 2 children. Somehow figures got changed when I confirmed and didn't realize it Hotel had to make adjustments to accommodate the extra 2 Obviously we didn't get the room we booked for
