You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomAll a little tired. Needs work, stairs to room, beech bar was good but not big enough. For the money we paid, needs to be a lot better food choices and restaurants. Only 2 and the speciality restaurant Enid’s felt damp and dingy, and basically served same food as main restaurant.
Location was good. Pools excellent and plenty of sun beds/umbrellas and cabanas. Room was lovely, we had a loft ocean view, spectacular sunsets.

United KingdomI did not like the drop-out of the WiFi. There were many times i could not get WiFi. This was despite the fact that there was a wireless router on a pole outside our room balcony. There were several different WiFi connections but all seem to have drop-out.
I like that the staff were friendly, the guests were friendly. That it was very close to a location that I wanted to be in. Although I did not avail myself of many of the facilities on offer My son did.

United KingdomThey seem to have an issue with the water, which wouldn't be so bad if they kept you informed when it went off and offered bottled water. They have all the right covid precautions in place, but some people did not always follow them and I was disappointed the staff did not challenge them and remind them to follow the protocols.
Beds are really comfortable. Rooms are nice and big and cleaned every other day. The food was far better than I was expecting and overall very good. The majority of the staff are lovely and very helpful, but some could be quite unpleasant which was a shame. The pools are really nice and although there is no beach at the resort, the sea views are breath taking. Good covid protection in place and all staff follow them, which was really reassuring. Low key entertainment, but still nice to have some and they were all very good.

United StatesI recently stayed at Club Barbados, and unfortunately, it was far from the relaxing experience I was hoping for. In fact, it was one of the most disappointing hotel stays I've had in a long time. This hotel should not be listed as all-inclusive. Nothing about this hotel was all-inclusive. The food was not good and the staff was poor. Customer service was another letdown. The staff seemed disinterested and indifferent to guests' needs. When I tried to address my concerns with the front desk, I was met with apathy and a dismissive attitude. I do not know how this hotel got 4 stars reviews.
Breakfast was decent. This place should not be listed as an all-inclusive. I recently visited, with high hopes but left utterly disappointed. The service was not just lacking; it was downright poor. I asked for my room to be provided additional water bottles and was told to purchase water from the hotel store.

United KingdomI didn’t like that the WiFi dropped out quite often. This was despite there being a router outside our balcony on a pole. This was the only frustrating thing to an otherwise perfect holiday.
I like the hotel, the grounds. The friendly staff. The fact that there was always something to do. I came to celebrate my 70th birthday, not only did the staff make it an exceptional birthday, but the hotel guests made it even more enjoyable.

Club Barbados was Ok but probably not the best place for me as I only wanted breakfast and did not want to stay around the hotel. It was a little to busy and loud eg music in the evening for me but I think to be fair they did what they did well for much of their clientele. I also had and have an ongoing issue with the high resort tax which was imposed and not communicated by their staff accurately. My credit card was taken on registration and they said nothing was taken from it but that was not the case.
