The television in the suite lounge did not work and despite a couple of requests it did not get fixed Not enough sun beds for all guests and we were very unhappy that guests had to get up early to put towels on beds to secure them eventually we had to do the same My wife had a fall as she tripped over a small lip on a ramp to the bar deck maybe this should be painted

The pool was a bit dirty sometimes (sand etc) but this was not too much of an issue

Quality of food was really good. Alcoholic drinks were known brand names and cocktails were well made and of good quality. Service and staff was very good. Beach and location was excellent. Room was lovely and overlooked the beach

The property is looking tired and needs some TLC. examples include salt and pepper pots that are rusty and very old, “Exit” signs hanging off the wall, grubby walls that need a coat of paint, non-slip stair strips loose and torn, flaking paint around the edge of the pool, uneven of crumbling pathing slabs. Unfortunately the reality did not match the pictures which seem to have been taken a few years ago. The walkway to the neighbouring hotels, in order to use the shared facilities, is in a poor state of repair and dangerous to access on foot. I noted this was a Marriott hotel so I would have expected these issues to have been addressed with a little investment.

Good location, convenient for the beach and local to Holetown and the dive centre at Coral Reef resort. Excellent food and wonderful staff. It was good to have limited free use of water sports facilities at the neighbouring hotel, but see note below about dangerous/difficult walkway access.

Gym was quite basic and the swimming pool is relatively small.

Great location on the west coast, with sun-loungers on the beach, and easy walking access south and north along the stunning west coast beaches. Water taxi service between partner hotels in the Elegant Hotels Group along the west coast offers great views along the west coast. Friendly and relaxed hotel staff.

Small things if you look hard enough you will find faults, a small niggle is the menus can be repetitive especially for lunch( although good standard of food)

we liked it was a small hotel, the consistency of the excellent food was superb. The staff are very attentive and got to know you by name, and do try and make your stay as perfect as possible. I hope the hotel does not change

when I booked this wasn’t an all inclusive hotel….I wouldn’t have booked otherwise. the public areas of the hotel are too small for all the guests to be around all day.

The hotel room was not ready at the stated check in time and we were asked to wait - no problem. However, the member of staff that informed us of that then left for the day and we were left waiting. After two hours I enquired as to what was going on only to be told the plunge pool was not going to be ready that day!! I had only booked ONE night for my girlfriend's 50th Birthday, I had planned and booked one of the two rooms with a plunge pool over nine months in advance and it wasn't going to be ready for sunset on my girlfriend's 50th Birthday!!! communication and subsequent service specific to this problem was really poor, partial attempts were made to provide an extended check out the following day but the day and moment had been ruined.

The hotel is very pleasant, nice and small, without kids so very relaxing and romantic. Located right on the beach with water activities next door at a sister hotel. Staff in general were very friendly, food was excellent and overall a lovely place to stay.

The Ocean view room was exceptional yards away from the Ocean and very comfortable and clean We liked the fully inclusive, however the vegetarian choice didn't suit my wife but the staff were accommodating in that they made her somethhing to suit her which was commendable

Very few loungers around the pool and people kept putting towels on them in advance of Using fhem there were no loungers set up on the beach so you had to ask for them whereas one of the sister resorts had plenty of loungers set up all the time

Staff very disorganised, inexperienced, surly at times. Frequent wrong or incomplete meal orders. Tables in restaurant often missing items of cutlery, crockery or napkins. Slow to be cleared from previous diners. Limited outside seating. Expected items broken or missing from bedrooms. Sun beds worn and grubby, ‘booked’ from 6am so sometimes none available. Extreme noise from machinery adjacent to property. No beach when tide was high. Lack of information about daily events.

service can sometimes be a little bit slow at the bar. There's only one bar here because hotels so small and sometimes if bar was busy we waited a long time. This is not a major issue at all but is something we noticed.

The hotel, the restaurant the rooms the staff are all very tired. its dirty and due a refurb, thank god we only booked one night so we could move to a better hotel.

It did seem very expensive. The showers were low pressure and ran out of water. There were no sockets or charge points near the bed.

Location was good, nice garden and pool. Staff were friendly and we were able to access early and have a room to change in on the last day. The food was good and it felt small and intimate.
