They really need to work on their Air conditioning system. Took hours to get a comfortable temp inside the room. Food Service needs to be a little fast.

Location was perfect for me. Major city points are nearby. Staff were amazing too.

First time they gave me a room which is smells like cigarette smoke & washroom was totally unclean 😞😞 ac was not working.. after I complained they switched another room which was nice..

Rooms were darker and cheese cocroaches found in the toilet. Most of the electronics devices were not working (microwave/ toaster), tv was also not working. Informed front desk but seems they are out of mechanics. Most alarmng thing is their parking. My car gets the ground touched, every time i in and out, which is very disappointing. Authority should look into this and level the ground so that cars can easily move

The room needs to be clean a lot! Specially the bed sheets and washroom. Their telephone needs to be fixed and they should provide a soap in the washroom. Some of the lights were not working in the room these are the some of the things needs to be improved. Otherwise they were good enough.

I got the room in a cheap rate which was good. They were good peoples it's nice n secure.

Everything is good including staff but problem is with room rant, booking.com show me that my room rant is around 3000 Taka but when i was in hotel for check-in that's time they said that room was 3200 taka. This very bed Behavior....

After reaching the hotel the front desk officer told me that the deluxe room wasn't available although I had a booking and they don't control the availability option on hotel booking websites. There was no lock on the bathroom door and a huge hole in the room's right wall was covered by tape & tissue, the TV didn't work.

The hotel staff was friendly. Rooms AC worked and water on the tap was hot.

There was no waste basket in the washroom, the water heater was not working, maximum electric plugging points were not working, washrooms are not clean, no resturent, no toiletries given, only 1 tea cup, too much expensive

I did like the room. Quite big. Bed & sofa was comfy. Enough sitting things are there. TV was good and quite large. Mini fridge is there. Clean towels, clean bed sheets, a big cabinet and a big glass table

The air conditioners leaked. Toilet did not work properly. no hot water in the shower. No soap or shampoo. I had to request some the next morning. The bed would crash to the floor when I sat on the bottom right side of it. They changed my room and again the toilet needed to be flushed about 3 times to empty it. The water pressure in both rooms were pathetic. Especially in the basin. The refrigerator was not cold enough and the kitchen is ill equipped. Had to ask for a spoon and fork. The knife wasnʻt sharp enough to cut through a tomato. I could go on and on. Frankly the hotel can be a million bucks of a place however not much has changed over the years. I have stayed there on many occasions because I like the staff, location and the fact that there is a kitchen. I donʻt trust eating outside the Hotel and cook my own meals because of the formalin problem in food in Bangladesh. (That is from the Bangladesh Embassy in Tokyo.) I have never complained in past times after having stayed there thinking they would begin to polish this gem in the rough of a hotel. Sadly, things only seem to get worse. The staff is embarrassed when I complain but they can not do anything if the owner who lives in Australia does not allow anything to be fixed properly. He charges a fee and the guest does not have the benefit of 100% of what he pays for. Going back to the very first time I stayed there about 9 years ago....The front desk manager asked me to leave a tip in the cupboard when I departed. On this trip, an elderly guard man unlocked the gate so I could enter the hotel on my return and wanted a tip for doing that. I know they are probably underpaid but a tip for checking in a guest or unlocking a door is absurd. What next? Yes they do get paid less than every guest from abroad but it irritates me that they think all guests are rich.

The Location is great for me but for some reason people have a difficult time locating the hotel.

The property needs updating. Needs new sinks and tap urgently. Air condition units needing replacement sooner the better . If they do that then I will recommend guests to go there and stay .

Only thing good about the hotel was the staff .they are extremely good .and took good care of me . Specially Shiraz who went extra mile to keep me happy . Thanks for that Shiraz

Price and facilities. The breakfast was bad and they haven’t serve us water with breakfast. Asked for water and stuff told me they don’t serve water with breakfast. Disappointed

The charge was much higher than shown on the app, the breakfast was worth tk 30 and there was no resturaunt.
