the room quality was not great. lots of marks on the walls, a few holes. lighting held in place with packing tape. the bathtub was pretty dirty looking with stains. they could really improve how the room looks. that said, the bed linens and towels were clean, which is all i really care about. the elevator didn't work a few times.

great staff, especially the restaurant staff. stable wifi with decent speed - was concerned about the wifi prior to booking due to the low reviews, but my wifi experience was absolutely fine, both signal and speed. the location is great, on a quiet side street, but just a few minutes walk from the busy area. breakfast was good with four hot options, fruit, juice, and sometimes they would make an egg to order. ate at the restaurant a few times and enjoyed the palak paneer.

This is an old building and requires the replacement of washroom facility. Drummy bathtub, leaking taps etc.

The in-house restaurant was very good and food ordering eveb in the midnight was possible! The breakfast was also good.

Breakfast was standard through the stay. Could have been better. Food served was not bad. but just above average.

Dhaka Golden Inn a value for money location for an inexpensive and yet comfortable stay close to Business Hubs as well as the airport. Strongly recommend it for the budget focussed traveller.

Food prices in restaurant is really high. Except breakfast, eating here is no value of cost though food tastes good. A hanger should be kept or attached to wall in rooms to hang clothes. Also, some sort of mosquito refills like goodluck/mortin could be implemented in rooms to circumvent mosquitoes.

The location was very compatiable with my work. Hotel was calm and quite. Staffs were friendly. I liked the complementary buffet breakfast most. Washroom facilities were nice too.

Most friendly staff in the world, good rooms with balcony and they will do everything to make your stay enjoyable. Good food and breakfast. Perfect location to explore Banani and Gulshan. We came as guests and left as friends. Thank u from Harold and Shalina and hope to see you again soon.

It’s overpriced for the quality that you get. Conditions in the hotel in general were quite unsatisfactory. The room was dirty, it was very dusty, there was hair in the bathroom, the linen had stains and the toilet was quite dirty as well. I wouldn’t stay in this hotel again.

The location is the best about this property. The staff is quite helpful but it might take a while for them to react. For example the first day after we arrived, we told them that the safe wasn’t working, we’re still waiting for them to show up. The food in the restaurant was quite tasty.

It was not clean, there hair in the bed and pillow, Room floor was not clean, there was no slipper, As i book super deluxe room but there was no sitting preference except bed. And also wash room amenities was not as per the standard. this hotel did not meet my expectation.

I've booked a so called "Super Deluxe room", the room is extremely old, small and there was dirt everywhere in every shelf or corner. I've booked a city view and was delivered a room with a jail-like small window front to another building. My standards usually aren't high, but this hotel is disgusting even to taken a shower.

staff is ok, willing to help but not effectively helping. Once I've complained they said the would take care of it and nothing has been done.

My room card wasn’t working and consequent lights weren’t working. Went down to reception more than I should to get it sort it, took hours and countless attempts to get this sorted. After hours and countless people back and forward eventually got sorted.
