It's not that tough to serve at room. I ordered couple room they gave me a double family room instead. There was not enough floor for praying. We had to pray in the bed.
Their behaviour is good and friendly.

Hotel was quiet and check in was hassle free. Staffs were friendly and helping. I can say a worthy hotel in this price range. A.C, bed, bathroom was quite impressive. They have Android tv box. Breakfast was also good. I love their restaurants tea which was a paid order. Their complimentary breakfast was not upto the mark but it did well. Paid tea was way more tasty than their complimentary tea. Hotel decoration was beautiful. Love their paintings.

The location was quite good & nearby the city amenities. The room price was value for money. Behavior of hotel staffs were very much cordial & cooperative. I was in a hurry for selecting the hotel for sylhet tour but this hotel was really one of the good one to stay. Another thing , they have both cash & card payment system available. Overall I would rate my staying in here 9 out of 10.
