MASALA tea bags in a 4* hotel? joking? It is not suitable for everyone. There will be black tea bags and green tea bags in the room. I have requested a serviceman to give me 1 or 2 black tea bag early in the morning but he said it’s not allowed but available in the kitchen/restaurant. It’s a shame! He said we need to order tea from restaurant. Why you put MASALA TEA BAG IN THE ROOM ? IS THIS INTERNATIONAL STANDARD? Is this suitable for children, elderly people and those who don’t like Bengali & Indian MASALA ? There was not enough towels in the bathroom. They don't take dollars but TAKA. Their dollar rate is not the same as the international rate so you have to pay an extra $10+

They charge in local currency. Their dollar rate is not the same as international currency rate. I have paid the equivalent of an additional $10. They don’t provide normal black tea bag but local MASALA TEA BAG which is not suitable for all. Two towel for 3/4 people. Most of the dishes are not available which are mentioned in the menu booklet.

For families, they have to take at least two rooms for their nights. Maybe UpTo 3 beds in one room is not here or it's unavailable at that time. There are some mosquitos (Not their issue) The lift is little bit slow, but it is not a big issue.

The Hotel is clean. The staffs are really helpful. The hotel has a parking lot. It's quiet and furnished from inside. There is a restaurant on the 9th floor where the guests have their breakfasts.(Maybe Depends on booking) It is a good choice for night stay but, the price should be stranded.

Welcome Fruits Basket was not supplied during check-in, and during check-out nobody asked about the room key at the concierge and thus we also forgot to submit it. I submitted that room key through one of my relatives in the evening and felt bad for the late submission of hotel room key.

Location was convenient for us, was clean & tidy, and it’s tariff was reasonable.

Breakfast could be improved for European tastes. Staff should be more observant to when breakfast supplies have run out. No butter available on final morning. Only green tea or masala tea available in room. Coffee, black tea and milk powder would have been better.

Bed very comfortable, room spacious. Staff very helpful especially Mr Sharma. Location good, we were able to walk to most places.

The room amenities could be improved there was no body lotion. The major issues I had was when it come to checking out there card payment terminal would not accept my UK issued credit card or debit card luckily there was Bangladeshi family member whi paid with his bank card. This was very embarrassing.

Everything was really good. The staff were really polite and courteous. And it was really kind of them to allow me a very late checkout time (3pm) without any charges.

The rooms are not soundproof. You can hear the sound from outside, and also people from outside the room(in the corridor) can hear you, which made the stay feel a bit uncomfortable

The lobby looked dead and shabby and the breakfast was below average. Overall the hotel needs a bit more upkeep.

As a solo traveller i liked the size of the room, the bed was very comfy, room had all required aminities and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
