a normal phenomenon in Dhaka, but just know that in the morning very early there is a call for prayer that you hear loud in your room

We particularly liked the service of the staff allround, at the reception, whenever i needed something (money changed, printing, car arranged etc.) and at breakfast with Lisa, all in all excellent staff!

I recommend 1 more elevator to be available in the hotel. Additionally, roof top restaurant to be opened, visitors can enjoy viewing city of Dhaka

Nothing, all was extremely proportionate to the price. I am not aware of the usual rate though.

The deal. I have booked hotel Omni with a significant discount. Considering the central location, the room, the breakfast, the service and the cleaning I am extremely satisfied. They have even arranged the taxi to the airport for a very fair price.

Omni Hotel is on a not too busy street but close to the one bigger road where you can find many restaurants and shops. The staff are very helpful with anything that comes to your mind. The breakfast is pretty varied but focuses on warm local foods. Wifi works well.

The desk in the room was under the TV and there was not enough room to open my laptop fully without hitting the bottom of the TV. In order to avoid that, I had to pull the laptop forward so that it hung over the front of the desk. That made it difficult to use the keypad. The desk was fixed to the wall, so I could not move it forward to accommodate the laptop.

Surprisingly quiet for Dhaka. Decent sized room. Good choice in restaurant.

1- It would be good if the hotel had 2 lifts. 2- The hotel team needs to put some signages near and above the hotel , so it is visible / known to the uber drivers .

1- Stayed in the hotel in - last week of August 2023 , it is in the Banani area of Dhaka . 2- Surrounded by residential Buildings , it is on a parallel main road of Banani area, Hotel's Lane is Quiet area , 3- Reception of the hotel good , clean . staff is extremely professional , restaurant is good , 4- Breakfast spread is good , me being vegetarian had requested for more veg food , hotel obliged 5- Room was spacious , bathroom was clean, toiletries were provided . 6- TV channels had lot of Indian ( HINDI) options including other international channels . 7- Room service was quick , staff does speak english and some hindi too. 8 - Newspaper and some books are available at the reception

Thought the price was too high for its calibre. Quite clean, except there were some missed hair on the floors and the pillow cases didn’t smell super fresh. Staff were eager to help but the refund process was not clearly communicated. I wanted to check out one day early, and it took them 2 days to confirm it was possible, and then only when I went for the refund did they tell me they can only refund cash. Non-instant fresh coffee is at an extra cost.

Price was very high for what you actually get. Gym very sparse and broken, broken elyptical no battery. No smart TV. Breakfast had raw egg that was mixed with boiled, ruined entire food appetite, couldn't eat. Common areas, hallways are very old updated, smelly

Omni is an amazing place, that I always stay at when in Dhaka. I have now stayed there 3 times, and had a fantastic stay every time. The two standout things about the Omni Residency are the staff and the beds. The staff and AMAZING. So very friendly and are truly the reason I go back each time. The beds that are like clouds are an additional bonus! Oh and the breakfast is great too :)

Not much. Didn’t stay long.

Staff were great. Nice touches with smart decor makes a big difference. Breakfast not bad, but I would always like rice and vegetables as an option (meat & gluten free). The gym worked :)
