One Windows couldnt be totally closed, so you had a lot of noises from train and truks. I had a Business friend in the evening at my room and two times the receptionist called me that my friend should leave the room.

Breakfast was nice and not only Bangla food. Bed was big enaugh. Staff at the Restaurant was helpfull. Good location close to airport

Only negative comment was one member of staff who helped carry bags to the room made it quite obvious he was hanging around for a tip which was quite embarrassing

wifi speed was ok but not great - still fine, tho. airport transfer is 1500 taka, but uber was 170 for CNG and 250 for car. i understand hotel transfer will cost more, but that's a pretty hefty markup.

great staff, especially the breakfast staff. nice large room with good desk for working and intl power outlets. very hot water with excellent pressure. comfortable bed. good wifi signal. room was very clean. breakfast was fantastic with many options. airport is close by. small convenience store and restaurants are close.

Sometimes some noise through bathroom vents from kitchen or somewhere else. Not bad unless you are directly above the kitchen on the 3rd floor.

A very nice one night stay in a location not too far from the airport. The organised pick up was easy and reliable, and we were dropped off the next day with no problems too. We are an unmarried couple and we were allowed to stay in the same room. The staff were really friendly and welcoming towards us, and we appreciated our bags being taken up to our room on arrival. Breakfast was also very tasty and we had a chat with the chef who was a lovely man. Overall, highly recommend for a one night airport stay in Dhaka.

Lack of fresh air and ventilation. AC was good. But it would be good to have fresh air and some fans in the room.

I liked location. Close to Airport and in good location of UTTARA. I did not see any mosquito problem without Applying any Aerosol. Did not have to use net as well. That was good.

As a vegetarian it would be nice to have some more quality food. Also the towels and napkins could use an upgrade.

They have a fitness room with weights! Almost never seen. Having a couple more dumbbells would be great. The treadmill works well. The restaurant is ok. I think this is an area they can improve in the future.

Breakfast buffet items could do with a bit of improving as it wasn't great. The items in the dining menu are on the pricier side than most other hotels I have been to.

Very clean and comfortable hotel in a decent location close to the airport, The staff were friendly and the room tariff price was reasonable. The rice and curries that were available were very tasty. Hotel is located in a very nice location close to a lot of attractions and very good restaurants and food places. All in all I would reccomend this hotel and I definetly would stay here again as it is very good for the price you are paying and clean and comfortable.

The breakfast buffet did not have enough fruit variety and the curries were not appetising. The evening buffet was expensive and didn't seem good value for money.

The room was large and comfortable and well equipped. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They arranged a driver for us when needed. The stay was very comfortable. I would recommend this hotel
