The bathtub had a large window on the side near the bed.

The staff were so kind and very helpful! The breakfast had a variety of choices and I enjoyed eating on the rooftop. My driver was at the airport to pick me up when I arrived. The room had extra supplies for business purposes such as scissors, staples, pens, paper, folder located at the desk. The place is very safe and secure. There is an ATM located in the building and restaurants. It is located near shopping centers, banks, and restaurants.

I would replace the carpet in the rooms on the 6th floor to match the nice wooden flooring on the 8th floor.

Everyone was very welcoming. The customer service goes above and beyond. The front desk help me with anything I needed. It is in a great location. Everything you need is in walking distance. A driver can be arranged to for transport. The breakfast was good with many options. I felt very safe and would definitely stay here again! They provide you with all the office supplies you would need and a fruit platter.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast. The selection and quality of the food was impressive. the hotel's location was excellent. It was conveniently situated in a great area and made my commute to place I needed to go easy. But what truly stood out for me was the attitude of the staff. They were incredibly welcoming, helpful, and always had a positive and friendly attitude. Whether I had questions about the area, needed assistance with my room, they were always ready to assist with a smile. Their excellent service truly added to the overall quality of my stay.

The sushi were unfortunately a bit dry... and I found it sad to learn that the food that cannot be served anymore ends up in the trash... it could also be given to some people in need, animals or be used to produce biogas. Just saying :)

- Good Breakfast - Good Location - Decent rooms for a business traveler - Definitely not a 5 star which is being wrongly claimed by the property - For the same room my colleagues paid lesser hence thats the scam between the hotel and booking.com - Everything else about the hotel is good except the reception staff and maybe even the seniors who are filled with an attitude of arrogance - I wanted to know the name of the Manager of the hotel on my checkout on 23rd Feb 9.30 pm - I was shown some random name on a piece of paper and told take a picture - we dont have a visiting card and you make note on your own (this is the service by a 5 star where they cant even disclose the name of the manager properly) - I hope traveller make choice wisely for their stay - As far as I am concerned I will not stay again at this hotel and nor will I suggest anyone to stay here and spoil your stay at the time of checkout

The gym and pool were a little smaller than the pictures on the website and it would be good to have more machines in the gym.

Very friendly staff at the front desk, great lobby ambassador called Nusrat who was keen to see if I had everything I needed. The breakfasts were incredibly good and the room service also excellent.
