The road to the hotel was broken and disgusting. It was very unpleasant. Best to check with the hotel whether the road is fixed before visiting

The only downfall was the outside public area drainage work. During the month of March 2024 there are road works and this disrupted the access. This could have been organised better by the local government.

We travel a lot and we really appreciated the amazing staff and the quality of the food along with service. We stopped eating out and always looked forward to eating at the hotel

Many constructions around of the hotel, it was not very simple to find the point. Use google map search, not booking point.

I was glad this place, it solves the main questions. I ate the best lunch with rice and fried boneless fish during the last 10 countries. Try it! There is a new metro station near the hotel. I suggest to buy a travel card. Locals blocks vending ticket machines. Maybe they buy new ticket each trip, I don't know. The hotel has everything for a comfortable life, in my opinion. And not expensive.

Better communication regarding the Dollar to Taka charging system - after a few days in Dhaka i realised this is quite normal but as a first timer in Bangladesh would have been nice to have been notified beforehand so I'd just bring cash dollars.

Great location next to Kawran Bazar (if ignoring the road renovations outside) - the hotel was clean with very friendly staff. Room was comfortable and perfect size I felt for 2 people. Good view overlooking Dhaka and not noisy from the chaos of the city. Breakfast was good and staff gave a small parting gift!

I like everything. The government construction is the only problem. But that should get sorted in some months.

The stay was very comfortable. I loved the rooms, they were clean, had comfortable beds. The reception desk was very helpful. Their breakfast buffet is excellent! their restaurant manager is very professional and caring, the staff will personally look after your comfort. They also made chai for me every day. The food, apart from the buffet, is also excellent. Their taste and portion sizes are really good. They also have 24 hours room service so food is available all the time hence they do not allow outside food. The location is very convenient as its right opposite karwan bazaar metro, CNGs or autos, rickshaws, and cabs are easily available from there. the only draw back is that there is come construction going on... and hence cabs will not enter into the lane, but you can easily walk to the hotel via the lane. You can use star kababs as location and then take the lane next to Hero Honda show room. They are also very close to Basundhara city Mall.

Manager had very poor customer service skills. Left the front end staff to deal with issues which should be addressed by him.

Kazi is very positive and he has fully taken care of us. Almost felt as if I was at home. The hotel had done something special for me as it was my birthday. And brought a little cake.

What I liked that it was really clean, the breakfast was really good. My grandmother enjoyed it. The staff were friendly and professional. And they had spoken fluent English. The F&B manager (Kazi)was amazing. He recommended us a few places to go to in Dhaka to make our visit here more memorable.

The hotel wasnt very easy to find, but if it was easy, it would be on the main road, and that would have been terrible for my ears and nose... thare wer street works, but thats not the hotels fault... and i would suggest, as a smoker, that since the only place to smoke is on the rooftop, that they could hav some chairs and maybe a table, so smokers can feel a bit mor comfortable.

Managers and personnel were friendly and helpful, especially Faruk, who helped me even in his leisure time. The food in the hotel restaurant took a while to come, because it was all fresh - and delicious.

Access to the hotel is currently undergoing major works which should be completed in a months time 🙏 But staff assisted us with our luggage to the main road.

The room was spacious and clean, everything worked with no problems. Daily housekeeping excellent. Staff very professional, friendly and supportive to our needs. Breakfast included in price and good selection.

The road outside the hotel has been dug out and it was very difficult to get inand out. This isn't the hotels fault but could've been highlighted during booking.

Cars can't get inside the lane where the hotel is located as the road is under construction.

I felt very safe here but wish there was a safe within the rooms. Unfortunate timing as there was roadworks happening up to the hotel at the time. Meant that the staff had to greet us at the main road and then haul the luggages back and forth. There is a lot of traffic in this area so it's hard to get Uber, you can sometimes come across a tuk tuk CNG. Dhaka Traffic is crazy here.

The staff here were very friendly and very attentive. Where ever we had issues or needed help.they were very quick to respond. It's the cleanest and best managed hotel at an reasonable price. Less than 10 minutes walk to Asia's biggest mall, as well as many secure banks for withdrawing cash. Breakfast was also great here and we were made to feel so special with the attention.

Great hospitality, very new and clean, extremely helpful and friendly staff. We're especially grateful to Ahsan, who speaks good English, is very professional and polite and usually works at reception. He saved our tour to Banti and Sonargaon by accompanying us as a tour guide and translator so we enjoyed an amazing day and everything worked out perfectly.
