But water was yellowish. Outside is very challenging, high pollution. Bed was hard, my unit had no ac. AC unit is more expensive. Door didn't lock properly. Staff needs be more professional: Couldn't break down bill, made comments criticizing booking.com. Found my room unlocked but no stuff was taken. Tips expected... owner should pay staff better and train better.

The bed was a bit hard to sleep on. The non ac rooms do not have a geyser.

The street is very noice, well of course it is Dhaka, but the traffic noises were very loud during the night. Mattress was hard, only cold shower.

The staff we very kind. The location was also good, not too far from the airport, close to Gulshan, which is nice if you want to get some good food in the night. Service was good.

Wasn't at the place described, but not far away. Odd access, through an indoor carpark to the room. A few misunderstandings about how I used booking.com which wasn't understood by the staff member. It was resolved quickly though.

Rooms are congested with furniture.

The most noticeable is their security arrangements. You will be given a security punch card for your room which is mandatory to use for the elevator also. Moreover, they keep the premises neat and clean along with room service.

A lovely friendly introduction to Bangladesh (which was to become normal, having now travelled all the provinces over two weeks - so this was the start of a beautiful friendship with Bangla people). Handy central location in Mohakhali, not too far from the airport for arrival, easy to walk/cheap rickshaw from the more commercial areas of Banani/Gulshan, and then to continue to Old Dhaka/Sadarghat for an overnight launch. The room was fine, comfortable & clean enough, WiFi ok. Most important thing to mention, though, is to reiterate how nice the staff are. Thanks, guys, for helping my trip off & running with positive energy, smiling faces.

I think the rent is so high for a non-ac single room according to their service. I paid 1975 BDT and it was quite expensive. Considering their service, it should be 1200 BDT for the single non-ac room.

The location of the hotel is very convenient for me because I have to go to Gulshan 1. So it's near my destination and cheaper than any other standard hotel in Gulshan. Breakfast is good. There are plenty of options to choose your desired one. And I appreciate their cleanliness also.

- They didn't serve breakfast when I was there, but it was understandable because it was Ramadan - almost no hot water, but I really didn't need it because Dhaka was sweltering hot! - Bed a bit hard.

- the Internet was fast. I was surprised because the other reviews mentioned that the internet didn't work for them. It did well for me, and I never had any problems working online. - Room was always cleaned. - The staff were all very attentive and polite. Special kudos to Mehedi; he always helped me with everything and really has good english.

The buffet breakfast is average. I thought I can get more. Don't expect much but not bad at all. And unfortunately, wifi isn't working which was very bad.

I like the room, and very clean bathroom and they provide 5 towels which are very impressed with this price range. I will definitely stay again in this hotel.

The WiFi was really not working. It would go off every 1/2 minutes. Also the toilet flash wasn't working. We complained and they responded quickly. But couldn't fix those issues unfortunately.

The hotel was clean. The staffs and specially the owner was super friendly and helpful. I really didn't expect that. The breakfast was decent. Overall, it was a good stay there.
