The key box is on the corner of the building at number 6. The instructions were not clear. There were also stains on the couch. Of course this is not from the host but from previous guests.

Excellent location, near bus station with direct bus to the airport. There was a shop in front of the apartment, opening late at night, easy for us to buy stuffs for cooking. Kitchen facilities were good. Beds comfortable, just nice for a lie down after a full day

Location is little far from Brussels, sheets weren’t washed for us it didn’t seem to me clean, we have to wash it in washing machine in the house and tumble dry. There was no spare sheets to change it as well. On the contrary apartment has well built bathroom, kitchen, and living room. Comfort is alright as well.

Everything was fine with the appartment. Charleroi was disappointing but good train system to visit other places.

The accommodation was great, really clean and spacious, exactly like the photos. Appt was easy to access with secure front door and lift to the appt.It was close to the main square and shopping centre. There was a supermarket next door and the station was about 10 min walk away.

We arrived at the location after an incident on the street with the police arresting a drug dealer right in the market next door to the building. The area was full of prostitutes and we didn't feel safe at all. The apartment was not ready to accommodate guests. The chairs were up on the table, the 5th guest's bed was not made up. We contacted the owner and we received the information that the bedsheets were under the couch. Needless to say that they seemed already dirty and we didn't use them. The couch was filthy, the shower was missing the shower head (water was running from the pipe directly). We didn't receive enough bath towels (we were in 5 and we received 2 hand towels and 2 big ones).

we found the apartment dirty, nobody cleaned it before our arrival, although it was after the checkin hour. we talked with the host and somebody came and cleaned in 20min...

It was not possible at all to get in touch with the host. We wanted to know about how we could collect the keys. the number given have an automatic response saying we cannot call or message on this number, but can only use booking.com's messaging service. The problem is that messaging with this property is for some reason blocked so there was no way to communicate at all. I called booking's customer service twice and after a long discussion and expression of our utmost frustration, i got the info about where and how to collect the keys. Also, the host is very strict about check-in time (15:00) and check-out time (10:00). there is no flexibility at all for any change. Its of course their right, but there are always scenarios where you can at least discuss, but that option was completely blocked off as well. The main bedroom have a large window without a curtain, due to which we were forced to wake up at 6 due to sunlight. Again, no possibility to talk to the host about it. Also, the cleaning was just averagely done. All in all, we were very frustrated due to no communication at all. Will not recommend this to anyone unfortunately.

The location of the key to gain access is terrible. We were told on the day of arrival that we would have to travel to a far away location to pick up the key as we were arriving after 6pm. This was a huge inconvenience and we had to pay extra for the taxi to do this. The shower is very small. No hand soap in the bathroom. Toilet was a bit cramped.

The room was hot there was limited possibility to open windows, no fan or any other device to lower the temperature. There was a tv-set but with no access to tv programs.

A very cozy and nice apartment, close to the train and bus station. There are shops nearby. The host is very nice! We arrived early and we were allowed to leave our luggage at the property until they finished cleaning.

Unable to access property or receive instructions as to how to get in so after an hour of unsuccessfully trying to get details I gave up and booked into another hotel.

- The elevator is too small. - The entrance to the building was incomplete (Feb. 2023). - The people in that area speak French, NO ONE SPEAKS ENGLISH. - The house has 2 doorknobs, inside and outside, each one can open the door. So you have to let the door locked. But what you can do if someone wants to go out and the other wants to stay at home? When how out wants to back without the key he can't open the centre door (there is no electric centre locking at the house). These are some points if they work on it then will be 100% (except the language point)
