A bit dusty and bath is too high you need a ladder to climb it.

Central location and close to the shops. Walking distance to the train station. You have the basic things you need in an apartment. Would definitely use this again if travelling back to brussels.

Cleaning was not done daily only once on day 8, you had to take you garbage to throw it in the big bins in the hotel.

The location is amazing ,in the center next to Paul cafe and opposite to a supermarket and next to an underground/bus stop.. everything/attraction is a walking distance.. the central train station is a 10 min walk as well.. the staff was lovely and helpful

Nothing really as everything was clean, worked and the check-in the lobby was efficient with friendly people.

Comfortable bed, elevator to our floor . The location was great for downtown Brussels. Breakfast was good, self-serrve with lots of choices in a large room for all the people staying the hotel.

The fitness center was an afterthought.

Very quiet especially given its location. Immediately adjacent to metro station and to restaurants that are open late. The room configuration is nice for two people sharing the room.

It is just an idea, not a complaint: a small armchair for relax after a day walking would be great. The chairs are ok but not very comfortable. Besides,there is enough free space to place it.

The location is excellent, very close to Grand Place and Central Station. There is a supermarket just crossing the street (not very big but open every day till 22 pm). The studio (I was in N°500) is spacious, with a balcony facing the street. The kitchen has microwave and electric kettle. Employees at the reception are very kind and helpful.

Great location close to metro entrance. Room had everything I need to make my 5 day stay comfortable. Room was on the 7th floor corner with the bedding choice I had requested. It also had a small refrigerator, microwave, cooking top with everything to meal prep. including cooking ware, utensils. Room was very specious, with a large bathroom with a tub and towel heater. Great to use after the long days of sightseeing. Staff was very helpful with suggestions. Right across my a local market, plenty of places to eat nearby. Brussel central train station is about 10min walking distance, so is the center of town. Hotel has complimentary luggage storage after check out.

The hotel was at the most convenient place in order to have access to all transportation means, to the historical center and close to nice restaurants. It was confortable and nice decorated. Also it was practical to have seperate wc from the rest of the toilet. It includes a small kitchen that allows the traveler to prepare some snacks and even meals! Strongly suggested!!!

Everything is extra charge , coffee , sugar , creamer . If you want an extra towel you have to pay . They have a laundry which costs 5 euro forthe washer and 2.5 for the dryer .

Lighting needs to be improved inside the rooms, especially the ones overlooking the inside of the mall. The view inside the mall isn't nice, but we decided to take it because the other ones are overlooking a construction which is very noisy.

Nice aparthotel, we felt very comfortable, the studio is spacious, clean, modern, has own kitchenette, which is very convenient to prepare breakfast, or afternoon snack, use dishwasher. The 1st room we got was overlooking the construction which is a bit noisy, and the 2nd was overlooking the mall inside which is not noisy but lacks day light. The lighting inside the room needs to be improved. Location is excellent in the center, next to a metro station. Totally recommend it and would stay again.
