Our room was on 3rd floor up a steep spiral staircase, no lift. Ok for one night. They offered to give us a different room for our return later in the week and this was much better.

Friendly welcome on our late arrival and help getting our luggage to the room.

I had understood breakfast was included but actually it’s extra. also, the hotel is in an old house so when people come in late at night, you hear them.

I did a very smooth late check-in. the next day the staff kept my bags till I took the train late afternoon. globally there was excellent communication and the rooms are very nice.

The hotel was in a fantastic location and the rooms were great. What really made the stay special were the staff - particularly the lady at reception. She welcomed us with a smile and is exactly the type of person who should be in this role. Would definitely stay here again

The only think that I didn't like so much is the fact that there was no option for a lighter bed cover. The room is well insulated etc so even when it was cold outside the duvet that the bed had was too hot.

The location was excellent. I also liked the hotel's effort to be more sustainable. Finally, the staff was very polite and always eager to help.

It was more than amazing. The staff, the room and the hole hotel was excellent. We loved how close it was from everything and specially of the train station (Brussels Central), which it was the station with a very good connections (Airport/Gent/Bruges… etc) We felt very comfortable, definitely a place to come back!

The hotel is located in the heart of Brussels right across from the central train station. It is one street away from the grand place. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to see. The staff was helpful and welcoming. We would definitely stay there again.

The stairs to the rooms are winding and narrow. Checking in was great because the front desk guy carried our bags upstairs but at check out he wasn’t working.

The location is perfect. Easy walk from the train station and directly behind the Grand Place

The room was great but unfortunately they cant control other guests and the neighbors next door The neighbors next door we could hear through the wall and had to call the police to quiet them down but it didn't The other guests were coming in from 12:30am to 3:30am and didn't show respect for sleeping guests and were very loud but this isn't the hotels issue this is a people issue. This place is great and the staff was wonderful

The room was great, the location from the train station is amazing, the location to everything was amazing too!!! This place is great and the staff was wonderful!!! They were able to recommend places to eat and see and they were spot on!! This is a place you need to stay at when in Brussels.

There were a lot of stairs, but we managed!

Location was excellent and staff very friendly and responsive. We were able to leave our luggage at the hotel after checking out as our flight was later in the evening.

We were only there one night . Could have stayed longer!!

Receptionist (who French). Made us so welcome and gave lots of recommendations for dining out etc. Also the lovely concierge who took our bags to and from room Just so personable.

Large room on the top floor with a wonderful view. We loved every minute of our stay. The hotel is just around the corner from the Grand Place and not far from other attractions or the train. The staff were welcome and extremely helpful.

The stairs to go to the room is very steep which could be a problem for some people.

The hotel has a perfect location, you can't be closer to the center. The room was comfortable and clean. It is a pity that the hotel doesn't have a breakfast facility but the room offers a kettle for coffee and tea in the room. The staff at the hotel was very friendly

Everything is perfect for a business trip. The location is great, the services are amazing. The room is very comfortable and it is cleaned every day. Anything you need, the personnel is there to assist you.
