Easy access and very friendly host. We travelled as a big family and stayed for a night from late flight in and for early take off for brussel. It was perfect stay. The house was clean and had all necessary things.

The WiFi connection is poor. The stairs are a bit dangerous. It would be more convenient for the owner to communicate in English.

Good location close to the airport, just a half an hour walk. Also the bust stop is just outside to get to center. Well equipped and modern apartment.

Bathroom was a bit shabby and water drained slow from gully which was missing a grill meaning shower area quickly filled and lapped over into bathroom.

We booked due to location for an overnight stay as apartment was located close to airport. Downstairs was well presented and clean and upstairs minimally furnished but everything required. Beds were comfortable and all linen inc towels provided. Free parking space. Perfect for what we wanted.

The main bedroom has a skylight without shutters or blind so it was very bright and we woke up very early. The ceiling is too high to cover it ourselves. The second bedroom has a small window without curtains so we covered it with a cardboard ourselves so the children could sleep ok.

It was clean and had everything we needed for a short stay. Thank you!

Staircase leading to the bedrooms upstairs is a bit dodgy, but not that big of an issue.

Great location near the airport (that's what we needed) - a 4 minutes drive. Fully equipped kitchen, shower, Netflix on TV. Ventilators, washing and dryer machines....

No complaints. Just a suggestion: My French was sufficient to understand the instructions. But for others having an English instruction might be helpful.

The apartment is very close to Charleroi airport. There is an excellent restaurant 5 minutes away in Heppignies which we loved. We arrived at the airport in the afternoon and wanted to rest before our trip the next day and for that it was perfect. The thoughtful host provided shampoo and shower gel. Everything is new and well-maintained. The internet works. Parking is right in front. All was good.

Very cheap basic low quality beds, smoke detector missing.

The owner should give the real information about distance to the airport. It is not 800 meters but 2.4 km. Apart of this the apartment was wonderful. Thank you.

Very dirty. In the toilet there were hair in the washbasin.The shower was dirty. In the bedroom there were spider webs and spiders on the the light lamb and on the window just above the bed. The main bed looked like it was already used, as the linen were very wrinkled. In the second room all blankets had a weird smell. We had had to sleep 3 people in the double bed as the smell in the second room was unbearable. Also there were no curtains on most of the windows on the ground floor and it was very inconvenient, as we could be seen from outside and did not feel safe.

4 minute drive to Charleroi airport P2 parking, perfect for early morning flight. Bathroom had hand soap and shower gel and there was coffee in the kitchen—wonderful for those just spending the night for a flight! Hosts checked in to make sure we were settled in okay. Will definitely stay again for early flights!

Inconvenient staircase to the upper floor, without handrails; The door to the toilet does not close; Faulty toilet - water flows without stopping; The water in the shower does not go down the drain; The toilet/shower fan is literally black with dirt; The soap container in the shower does not work; Creaky beds; No door to the bedroom; Dirty beds with stains on linens and mattresses; Lack of curtains or blinds in the bedroom; there is a large amount of cobwebs everywhere, especially in the kitchen in visible places; Unkept entrance to the house; All night long the sounds of either mice or other rodents were heard somewhere inside the walls; Some walls are covered in mold; In general, the apartment left a depressing impression. (all visible imperfections were filmed)

There was a window on the ceiling and when the sun sunrise is directly to your face. They have some automated perfume for the rooms, but the smell is too strong, and for me, it was unpleasant. I was asking for a taxi number, and I was redirected to some number that was from the big city, not the local one. The distance to the airport is more than 25 minutes walk, and this location is somehow situated in a zone that is not so populated.

Clean, amenities are pretty good and the water pressure was good. Love that hot water despite small bathroom size. And they have washer and dryer too. Great facility!!!!
