You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

NetherlandsWe arrvied the hotel late because traffic jam, unfortunately ALL doors were closed and noboby picked up the phone for more than half hour without informaing us in advance. We(inluding my mum who 83 years old and my daughter who 12 years old) have to stay a very dark and strange place to call booking service and look for another hotel for one hour till 22:30. Finally we went another hotel but it is a pity the payment 188 can not refunded. After communicating with booking, the hotel agreed to refund 68 to us, but it is a pity we still did not receive the refund of 68 until today for 3 months( from early July to early October) . We are disappointed because We have never encountered this situation before in our hotel career.
