We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SpainYou need to pay the parking extra (what is not specified in the page) and even if the bed is very comfortable it is "hidden" in the wardrobe so you can't used the bed and the sofá at the same time.
The personal is extremely friendly, helping and recommending whatever you need. They also allowed us the leave the car in the parking a few hours after doing the check out.

Czech RepublicBreakfast wasn't worth the price. I'll take a good sandwich and coffee downtown for less. Sure, I won't have juice and candy, but I'll pass on that because the quality will be better. At another accommodation in Brussels, we had a much wider range of breakfast options for the same price. There was a constant smell of garbage in the room. The ventilation didn't help.

PolandThe breakfast was very expensive for its rather standard hotel level. Unfortunately, coffee pods and tea were not replenished in the room (you could buy them at the hotel shop). The room was also cleaned only for stays longer than a week.
The room was very clean, equipped, functional, and spacious. My room, with a view of the yard, was also quiet. The location was very good. The kitchenette was very practical.

United StatesHad to ask for certain utensils for the kitchen. There was no spatula or wooden spoons in the room. Kind of frustrating when we were cooking in the kitchen inside the room. We got the things from reception, but had to return it after using since it belonged to the main hotel kitchen. One of the pans didn’t really heat up well and didn’t seem like it was fit for the burner.
The property was close to the train station and city center. Easily accessible by public transportation and in good walking distance. Nice kitchen in the room. Clean facilities. Very quiet.

BelgiumNothing strongly dislikable at this hotel. The breakfast could be a little more diverse as it is charged separately (€15), although everything served was good quality. The Laundry Room managed through the We Wash app could be more affordable (€5 to wash, €5 to dry). I paid 1,25 dollars for each in the US, a few years back. The room service is once a week, but great if it drives costs and prices down.
The room was in excellent condition. All appliances working, and all top brands. Very nice beds. A couple of tables to work including a big Samsung LED screen. Hairdryer, iron with ironing table (not that I used them but they're available!). Samsung air conditioner. The kitchen is top notch with Siemens equipment: fridge, microwave oven, dishwasher, vitroceramic hob, air extractor. It also includes a water heater and coffee machine. Plenty of dishes, cutlery, bowls, pans, etc. The bathroom is of good size and very good quality. All you need for a comfortable stay. Everything is clean, good quality, solid, and well-maintained. The coffee machine in the breakfast room is excellent. The breakfast room has an excellent view of the Plantin en Moretuslei avenue.

A very clean, modern apartment room with a useful kitchen. All the kitchen equipment was high quality. Large walk in shower. Very helpful for us was the very large, secured bike storage, free, best I've ever had in any accomodation. There is a large underground car park, well lit, but expensive at €23 per night. Street parking is €5.70 per day (09:00-19:00 free on Sunday) (Jan 2024) Breakfast was ok, nothing special but they will cook some eggs for you whatever way you want. We really enjoyed our stay there and most likely will return but park on the street. Staff were friendly and helpful.

NetherlandsIt was very warm inside the room. No heating and still very warm, almost stuffy. But we kept the balcony door open. And bear in mind the rooms are small. I saw couples with babies at check in, not sure how 3 people can fit in. But it is all very functional!
Very modern, all new. Shower is the best! Very relaxing because you can choose different modes. Fitness- great value for money. I did my morning stretch alone, with equipment all ready and waiting for me. Towels, water included.
