Great place and great host

The restaurant in walking distance was fully booked so we had to drive to another. But this is of course no fault of Apollonia. They actually helped us get a table in another restaurant which was excellent. Shame there are not more restaurants closer.

Nice breakfast. Plenty of outdoor space for the children. Quiet location despite close proximity to the motorway.

I was excited by the hospitality of an owner. I felt like I have visited close friends, the hotel has a unic home atmosphere, which helps you relax after hard business trip. For me cleanliness at the hotel is very important and this hotel met all my requirements, indeed super clean. And I would alslo like to mention a delicious breakfast. Therefore, taking into consideration mentioned above, I totally recommens this place!

We stayed with our daughter (7 months) and my parents (both seniors) at the Apollonia and we all enjoyed it very much. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The interior is dressed individually very tastefully and had just been renovated a few months earlier. In the Garden outside, there were chickens, deer and baby goats along with a swing-set for children which my daughter really enjoyed. The host was super nice and very attentive to any need we had, traveling with an age-diverse group. We would come back any time.

Let me first say I am a light sleeper, so in fairness you have to take my comments with a pinch of salt - the motorway was very busy, and the wind was blowing from that direction - but the rest made up for it - so not much could be done in my opinion.

Excellent, "Old fashioned personal" is how i would term it - almost custom - if you would like your egg back to front & upside down I am sure it could be arranged ... quaint too - Local town has plenty of eating choices too. I am sure I'll use again.

I didn’t dislike anything!

Nice and quiet hotel. Perfect to start cycling tours in every direction and a second big fridge in the lobby - filled with “guess what”!

The owner literally lied to us. I asked via a specific email for a king bed, specifying I would not take the room with two single beds, he joined both beds and told us face to face it was a king bed despite the hole between beds we've been suffering from all night... The room was also extremely loudly, with the feeling that everyone from the entrance/ main room was literally in your room, from the drink they had in the main room to the morning breakfast and radio resonating early.

We arrived 6pm. Dark, cold and snowing but no staff on site to let us in. Tried 2 different phone numbers without success. Took half hour to get response from proprietor via Booking.com, who provided code to access key for reception area. Finally got access to room which was cold on arrival. No staff or other guests on site. Very strange!!

The description was inaccurate and inadequate. 1 No private access 2 No tea and coffee making facilities in room 3 access to attic room was via a long, steep, and dark staircase 4 There was a skylight but no window in the room 5 water provided in the room was to be paid for. With full information we would not have booked this room. Is there a translation problem between Booking. com and the owners?

It was too expensive.It s just a bed and breakfast .We paid 205 for one night without breakfast in a village.
