I like the stuff most of all. They are very helpful. We asked for another shampoo and tea bags. Even if they were not obliged she gave us some. The location is perfect. In the middle of the city. Close to all sightseeings. The metro is just near the apartment. The bed was so comfy 👍🏻😍. Definitely will come again

We were on the 3rd floor and the stairs are not the best, thankfully we only had small bags as would struggle with a case. The apartment needs some TLC and unfortunately the 2 who shared a bed got well bitten by some insect that we had to go to chemist for cream.

Location, a short walk to Grand Place and a metro. The apartment was ok for a 3 night stay.

Although the appartment was very quiet it was also a little bit dark since the apartment overlooked a very small inner courtyard, so no views and very little sky to see.

The location was very good for work in the Rogier area. The apartment was very quiet.

The sofa-bed might be more comfortable as it is.

The apartment has all the need for enjoying of Brussels. It is quite comfortable and is placed 15 min from the city centre. Suitable for 4 people (1 double bed & double sofa). Totally recomendable.

The bathroom could use newer facilities and some of our lights did not work- however these are minor details.

The location is perfect! Less than 15 minutes from the Grand Place and a minute away from a metro station and a shopping mall- everything is within an easy reach! The balcony was a very nice addition to the appartment and the heating worked great! Also WiFi was fast and reliable.

All the stairs see picutre.. No ice. Staff had problems speaking English, I had problems speaking French.

No lift access if you had a lot of luggage however I was travelling light so it was fine.

Everything you needed was there. Location very good. Easy access to shop within 5 mins. Very close to xmas markets.

The bed is very noisy. Amount of water in faucet was very slow. Maybe, they can add more items in the kitchen like tissues.

The stairs to the apartment were very narrow, thin and steep - difficult to navigate, especially with luggage. It was ok but fwlt like it needed a thorough clean - like it had been spot cleaned without a good clean for a while. There were some rusted/ corroded parts, mainly in the bathroom.

Location was good and there was a good amount of room.

BE AWARE OF THE STAIRS! This wasn’t a dealbreaker for us but we were still surprised how much strenght it took to climb up the stairs daily.

I would like to have a few tea bags or coffee in the kitchen to drink upon arrival, but it wasn't a big issue as there was a small shop nearby.

We spent just 3 nights in the apartment and I definitely recommend it, especially because of its location in the very centre area, close to the Grand Place, but in a bit more quiet part. The apartment was cosy and had everything what we needed for such stay: comfortable beds, kitchen with coffee machine and kettle, nice bathroom. Maybe the view from the window could be better, but we didn't go to Brussels for sitting in a room and watching through the window. This apartment was excellent for our short stay, we enjoyed it.

The beds were not comfortable, and we were not able to figure out how to use the wifi. The apartment was up three flights of stairs (and no lift), which is something to keep in mind if you’ve got someone in your party who is older or not as mobile. There was also no airconditioning and a lack of breeze through the window.

Good location, somewhat spacious. The bathroom was nice and it was good to have cooking facilities.

The road outside was undergoing maintenance so quite noisy from early in the morning. The apartment on Floor 1 is actually up 2 very steep sets of stairs. If you are not stable on your feet, avoid. Also the narrow stairwell does not allow a standard size suitcase easy access. The bed is too big for the room meaning difficult access over your partner if you need to access the facilities during the night.

Great location. Friendly host. Well equiped apartment meant we could cook our own food if required. Close to transport and great eating spots.

The apartment is what it is in the photos; it's not the newest and cleanest one out there, but it works. People should be aware that it is on the 3rd floor, so if you have big luggage, be prepared to carry those up a few flights.

Location was good, near the center of town and one of the main pedestrian streets, but also near metro and train stops. Bed was comfortable and the balcony was nice. The previous guests had left early so the host texted us letting us know we could check in earlier which was much appreciated because I didn't see anywhere to leave the bags ahead of time.
