Could include the extras in the advert for information to help make the decision. We took our own bedding and towels when we became away so that is ok. Everything was fine.

The property was very clean, and neat, spacious and easily accessible. There is free parking and that was also very good.

Would be nice if the bath and hand towels were included because my daughter she does the same and she always provide face hand and bath towels per person.

no locks on the toilet and bathroom doors, but it was that much of an issue . The staircase is a bit narrow, so care should be taken using them, but the elevator was working fine

Wasn't so clear where we could park and then had to hunt around & park not so close. We got in with a code late at night which certainly made it flexible, but it might have been nice to consult directly with the host a bit more & get some info about how to better enjoy Ostend. It's a nice walk but it is about 20 minutes to the ocean.

While this wasn't a surprise (its clear enough from the property description) the location is not ideal (certainly if you don't have a car). On the plus side its quiet, but it really is quite a walk to the beach or the centre of town. Its a matter of weighing up how important this is to you.

Well appointed, spacious apartment at a fair price. We were here with our 2 year old daughter, and it suited our needs well.

Unfortunately there are no window screens, we went there on a hot week end and you either sleep with the windows closed and suffer through the heat or you sleep with the windows open and spend the night either killing mosquitoes of being eaten alive by them

There is a 15min walk to the city centre or the beach. If the weather is nice, then you will have no issue at all.

The requirement to pay separately for towels and bed sheets was not initially made clear. I received a message about this only after it was no longer possible to cancel. The cost for the towel set is 4 EUR per person, and the bed sheets are priced at 10 EUR per person. The heating system was not functioning, which posed a significant inconvenience for us as we were traveling with our 11-month-old baby. The host's message explaining that the heating system had been turned off since May 15th was understandable and acceptable to us. However, we found the additional arguments in the message to be somewhat inappropriate.

The location is favorable, with the beach accessible within a 20-minute walk on foot. The property has an appealing appearance and is well-equipped.

The deposit process is unfair. The apartment has many damaged stuff, but it is not approved or checked in the time of the check in. So anyone could be blamed unfairly. The lady who calls herself Cindy was rude and unpolite. She kept massaging her clients to get out and search for another place where you leave your mess. Disrespecting her clients and prejudice them without any clue. She sets new conditions after the booking is done and it is non refundable. Like you must clean the home and the kitchen don't leave even a dirty glass in the kitchen otherwise we will charge you from the deposit. Threatening and applying new rules without respect. Which kind of behavior is this ? Are we in jungle !! I never saw and had such a situation in my life. The next thing is the bed covers in the child room was not clean and dirty and not well organized as if someone was already there ( which has approved it ) and has not been cleaned or changed. The water for thr shower is less than warm and you can not rise the heat because it is adjusted centerly. So basically you take shower the first 20 seconds in kind of less than warm temperature then the rest is cold water. The next person must wait for more than 20 min to get a 30 seconds of warm water. Are they ao desperate to save money tho their client pay that much money !! The beds were not comfortable in the other small bed room with two single beds. It even caused pain and spams in muscles the next day.

The apartment is nice and the kitchen is fine. The location is acceptable if you are going to walk or take a bus to the center then you need 30 min. But if the location does not matter then it is fine. For me I am ok. But definitely I don't recommend it because I don't want thr client to have such an pleasant experience.
