The washing machine was on when we arrive. Didnt exactly know what to do with it.

Easy checkin, code to the lock box was provided before checkin. Charlotte & Jelle also gave advice on where to park our car. it's about 25-30 mins walk to Central station or town hall. In term of location, it's quite and there is supermarket in the block, around 9-15 mins walk to restuarants. They also have a full kitchen if you would like to cook, we didnt cook a meal, but everything is there.

There was noise from the other neighbours but thankfully didn't go on all night - may be an issue to people who are particularly noise sensitive

tight entrance and stairs - watch your head going down if you don’t take the tiny elevator! we were lucky but parking anywhere near the property can be a problem.

Lift : really maximum 1 person at the same time . Not a nice feeling inside. Stairs are steep as ususal in Benelux.. Mosquito net on the living room would be handy too. (The sleeping room has it) The shower head holder was broken ( beside normal use ) simply it was time to replace, good and fair reactions from the hosts.

Super location, quiet street at night, close to the south city center. Easy access to Velo bike stations and public transport. 2 supermarkets in 5 min. distance , very nice cafe too. Some simple restaurants too. Antwerpen feel like inside the flat, authentic. Communication ok , quick responses on whatsapp. Very Sapcious fell like, nicely equipped kitchen, nice dining area. Clean feel. Quiet sleeping room.

The only thing we didn't like was the elevator. It is really small. For most travelers it should be fine, but we traveled with a baby in a full-size baby-stroller. And the baby-stroller didn't fit into the elevator. So, each time I had to separate the platform and the seat and took elevator multiple times. It should be fine if your baby-stroller is of umbrella type, but if it is big -- better book another place with bigger elevator.

The flat is really cozy and located close to the Antwerpen Centraal station and shopping street. We used a tram and a bus to go there. There is a small supermarket (Proxy) near by and a bigger supermarket just in about 1 km.

Kitchen area was a mess. Every cutlery, dishes, glasses were dirty. Microwave very dirty with grease all over it - smoke started to come out when we first used it. No blackouts on living/dining area where third person slept which wasn't very comfortable in the morning.

Location, staff, easy communication. Room was ready before check-in time which we really appreciated.

Well furnished and nice appartment in a quiet residence area. Numerous shops and restaurants are within walking distance, as well as public transportation (tram, bus, bikes). Parking on the street is possible for 5 Euros per day. The hosts are very friendly and responsive to questions and requests and have a lot of tips which they provide in an infomation manual in the appartment. Highly reccomended.
