Location is wonderful. A short walk to and from the train station. We stayed just one night on our way home and had to leave early to get to the airport but we wished we could stay longer and enjoy the hip downstairs cafe and hangout!

The bathrooms could use an upgrade. There wasn’t a fridge in the room, which we really missed. And we would have to say the breakfast was a “miss” for us.

We actually did not stay at this hotel. We were moved to their sister Hotel, The Alma, the day we arrived. We were told there were experiencing mechanical issues. So, I am rating The Alma, which is a few blocks from the Aris. We got a large room on the top floor, looking across the roof tops to the Grand Plaza. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The bathroom is outdated however it was functional and clean. The staff were helpful and friendly. The location was perfect, 5 minutes from the train station, two blocks from the Grand Plaza.

Clean, but a little bit run down, especially leaking shower head and a kettle that sometimes wouldn't switch on. But nonetheless in this price range and this location still really good hotel.

Lovely and helpful staff in the hotel and the cafe linked to it. Great location. Quite big room for a hotel in this price range in Brussels. Good water pressure. Good breakfast a la carte. Overall, I would come back here on my next trip.

Reception area is small and waiting time can be quite awhile during peak hours. Room was slightly small for 2 big luggages we had.

Location is good, near the train station and main attractions. Many food options nearby. Clean room and Friendly staff.

I know this is beyond the hotel's control, but maybe the road/ street around the area could be modified. The cobbled stone road is very hard for the luggage to drag on

I didn’t like to go trough the restaurant to get into the hotel. And because of that we were not able to sit down in the reception for a talk. The restaurant was always busy and difficult to get a place to sit down and then you had to buy from the restaurant.

Very comfortable room with all main facilities. The location of the hotel is very good. 5 min away from Grand Place and 5 min away from the train station. Nice cafe on the ground floor which serves coffee and brunch at good prices. Very friendly staff.

The hotel was in just a few steps from the Grand Place, and we could even lean out of the window and see the town hall tower from our window. The room was very modern, on the top of the building and thus very quiet.

We had breakfast, which was a continental style with an additional cooked option. It would've been good to see a menu with the cooked options on.

Such a perfect location, with only a street away from The Grand Place. The room was so comfortable, and fresh clean towels each day. One of the busiest cafes in the whole city for all ages.

The room was not soundproofed as stated in the description but apart from that we had no complaints!

The hotel staff were not only very welcoming and polite but were also exceedingly helpful by providing well recommended restaurants, bars/clubs and even coffee shops! Pablo, Ewa and Eduardo were very helpful during our stay with any questions. As with any hotel pictures may seem too good to be true however, the room we had looked exactly as displayed and it was clean, had a handful of amenities. We didn't have breakfast included but the cafe downstairs will cost you more or less €15 per person either way and it is nice food and convenient! Would highly recommend staying here.

The view from the room was ugly, but we didn't really go to Brussels to stare out the window.

The hotel is located in the centre of Brussels. Five minutes on foot to the Central Station, three minutes to the Grand Place. The staff are very nice, polite and helpful. The buffet at breakfast is not very rich, but other than that there are four dishes to choose from, which are very tasty and in large quantities. The room is not very big, but it is perfectly fine. Everything is clean and pleasant.

It was too hot in the bathroom and the air conditioning didn’t appear to work particularly well, if at all.
