A kettle with some coffee and tea would have completed our stay.

The location is very good as it is only few minutes from the central train station and very near the grand palace. There were loads of restaurants around it as well. Although the surrounding area is very busy, we still have very quiet and relaxing nights. Breakfast was another credit to be given to the hotel. My family enjoyed our morning breakfast as it has great variety. The staff are very accommodating and helpful too.

Because of the low ceiling in the breakfast room terrible acoustics: screeching chairs. They should glue anti scratch felt underneath the chair legs

Very well situated in a no-traffic zone Reasonable breakfast with excellent scrambled eggs and fried mushrooms. A very interesting bread toaster that works with a grid-conveyor belt. I put my slice in twice and so had it nicely browned while I watched it run through the toaster All in all a to be recommended hotel

The room and bathroom were clean but when we checked in the cleaning crew forgot to take out a used hand towel that was hanging on the sink. At the right side corner of the window there's a line of mold that wasn't cleaned or maybe they failed to spot it since it can be hidden by the curtain. The elevator is too small.

The room has enough space for two people and the thing i liked was it has air-conditioning. During summer time it's a relief. The location was excellent, close to the Grand Place i can see it from my window and you can find restaurants right outside the hotel. For an overnight stay it's pretty decent room to stay.

Location is close to Grand Place and Central station. Very friendly and helpful staffs, generous breakfast, value for money, array of cafes and restaurant choices in the hotel area, clean and spacious rooms.

Shower was a bit tight for American sized people. Mattresses were a bit too soft. Front desk staff had a very ‘French’ attitude. But part of the experience. Nothing that was directly rude, just not service with a smile.

It’s all about location! However know that because it is in a pedestrian zone, you will not get front door service if traveling by car. Breakfast was NEXT level. Great. We would stay here again.
