For Belgium, I would expect to be able to see the Flemish or Dutch television channels if one can see the Italian, French, and German channels. The breakfast is pricy for what one gets.

I was disappointed to find that there was no hot tub jaccuzzi.

My wife and I enjoyed the pool, sauna and gym facilities. The hotel has almost everything you can put your mind to for a spa.

Parking extra €15. Went for an evening walk and found a little cluster of restaurants. That was a bonus.

Enjoyed the solid matress and clean, cosy bed linen. Perfect to snuggle into after an evening in the pool, hammam and sauna. Slept like a rose. Lovely team of friendly staff who seemed to work well together. Early morning gym on the Sunday was great!

Others enjoyed the food, I was not too impressed. For example, with the scampi, there was very little scampi, very little crisp and tasty veg, but a huge amount of very squidgy vegetation that I could not define (courgette, aubergine?). Not very impressive, not good value. Breakfast, far too expensive. Very poor value. Overall though, this should not put you off because others enjoyed the food, so maybe I was just a little unlucky and everything else was of a high standard.

Friendly and helpful staff Rooms were nicely decorated, clean and tidy. Good facilities, I wish I had had time to take more advantage of them.

No fresh towels daily even when they were wet and the heated towel rail was not on. But worst of all they put the wet and dirty bath mat on top of the bath and face towels!!😱

Location is definitely not convenient for going to the meetings in center of the city / European district. Taking into account that the hotel is primarily a "spa" location, I was very disappointed to find that all very fancy dispensers in the bathroom (shower gel, body lotions) were empty. Breakfast was ok, but not more than that...

It's a nice hotel although a little below my expectation formed based on information available on the internet. The staff was very kind and professional. The room was very nice.

room was very rustic and small- I don't think this is for long stays- ours was 11 days we did not have enough hangers... and the first couple of days the attention to detail was lacking: no replacement of coffee packets, floor mat for bathroom missing etc.

some issues with lights and safe were taken care of immediately and with humor.

The internet connection was bad and the TV not easy to use (could not turn the TV off, perhaps no battery in the remotes?).

The sport facilities, the garden and the restaurant were fantastic. The room (the suite) was spacious, cosy and the bed very comfortable.

- the room is not soundproofed; - wifi had poor connection; - no elevator; - not enough light in room (artificial and natural); - very hard to open the shower door; - the water came out from the shower;

- the stuff was very friendly and helpfulness; - the person from cleaning was very friendly and open; - the spa was very nice, but on the opposite side of the rooms side, so you have to cross the entire hotel; - the rooms are located in an old farm, so if you like the old style then here is it; - the location is not the best but it's close enough to metro or bikes station; - we had two bottles of water daily.

The cleaning lady/man did not clean and changed the mug that I already used in the hotel room. He/she must have forgotten to change the new amd clean mug
