Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomCheck in was quick, breakfast choice was excellent. Location is great for getting around Antwerp and opposite the train station. Bed was super comfy, like sleeping on a cloud. Our room and bathroom were huge & well cleaned.

NetherlandsEven though I checked in online a few days ahead, the check in process took forever, as they were quite understaffed. Also picking up the stored luggage took a long time.. The pool was too cold and too full of people with loads of used towels everywhere. A lot of people loitering outside of the hotel gave an unsafe feeling. Bed and pillows werr a bit too soft.
Great location, just across from Antwerp Central, Rooms were comfortable and clean. Good coffee/tea making equipment. Nice view from the room towards the train station.

VietnamReception was always very crowded. A concierge desk would have been good. The hotel is on a busy road so parking a car to take out bags is challenging. Also have to carry bags up a flight of stairs to go to lobby. The lift is used by people going down to the metro station.
Location is excellent if you want to have access to the central train station. Also well connected to the city with metros/trams. Room was quite spacious. Value for money.
