No kettle in room, drinks were freely available in reception but that was on the sixth floor. Towels were a bit thin. This chain of hotels reminds me of UK Travelodge, basic but adequate.

The location was great, a short walk from the train station and into the old city. Room was clean and comfortable. Lockers were available to leave luggage in and they were free to use.

we stays here for my Bday, and personnel was kind enough to present us a room with a nice view, for what I’m greatfull. Perfect location, we walked everywhere, exceptional friendly personnel, very nice breakfast, very clean rooms. definitely recommend

I didnt like how the beds were very hard with really heavy blankets, sleeping was a bit uncomfortable. The shower would also randomly change temperature while showering, itd become either really hot or really cold out of nowhere. Last thing is that the hairdryer blowed way too soft on the lower heat options, so i was sort of forced to blowdry my hair really hot.

The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was really big aswell which is great. Also really liked the clothing rack. Staff were nice, everything was understandable (also for people who only speak english!) and the breakfast was AMAZING! Really enjoyed my stay, wish we booked more nights. PS. the pics i used do NOT show the entire room and bathroom. I didnt actually take pics, these were screenshots of videos that i made so i had to make it work.

GREAT location to central station when traveling by train. Less than a 10 minute walk with luggage. Very friendly employees. Great room with nice view. Good breakfast. Bar in hotel and 24 hour coffee.

Bigger bath towels.

A very nice hotel in the center of Antwerp. Very convenient location: 5 min from the train station, 15 min from the University of Antwerp and 15 min from the old town. Cozy rooms with all basic facilities. Good breakfast! Very friendly staff. Overall a value for money hotel!

Location - top! 3 min from the Central Train Station. Nice and helpful staff. Very cosy and quite a big room. Clean. Nice bathroom. Great bad. Average but ok breakfast. Good coffee, good juice. Good value for money. Been there for the second time and if I ever vist Antwerp again, I will not looking for other hotel. This one I really recommend.

This hotel was amazing value for money. It’s location was superb, right opposite the opera house where I was attending a ballet performance. It was spotlessly clean and the breakfast is fantastic.

The staff is very helpful and polite! I arrived in Antwerp a few hours before I could check in and I was able to leave my luggage in a locker without any additional costs. The hotel is very close to the train station - about 10 minutes walk. In the same building there's a nice supermarket. The whole building is very clean. I didn't hear any noise from outside my room during my stay. The room was very nice, clean and tidy with a nice view. The hotel is in the center of Antwerp and it's close to bars and restaurants, a lot of different shops and main attractions.

Very nice place close to the most important attractions of the city. Clean room, amazing view, bonus points for the lockers and the smooth check-in and check-out process. I would definitely recommend to stay here.

Can’t think of any. I think you get a little more for the value you pay.

The location is unbeatable! When you get out of the main entrance of the train station, just walk straight and after you cross the avenue where the metro station is, you’ll see the entrance of the hotel on your right. It’s the same building where Jumbo City grocery store is. When you see the grocery store, turn right and hotel entrance is right beside it. You have an area for drinks - free of charge, and you can get food outside and eat there instead. We found that very convenient. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, shower worked well, and they put extra seats that you can move around the room depending on your needs.

There was no safe in the room. Also, the room number and access code were given to you on.a piece of card. If you lose it, anyone can access your room.

The location was perfect, close to the train station and a short walk to the Old Town. Free tea and coffee in reception. The room was spotlessly clean. It was very quiet at night. Very good selection for breakfast too. All the staff we spoke to were lovely, really helpful and friendly.
