Very clean and central to the city restaurants and bars tourist attractions. Coffee and water available in reception area is a nice touch.

Lovely hotel, bright big room and bathroom (I think we had the accessible room) very friendly staff. £5 credit to spend in the "shop" (selection of snacks and drinks in at the reception) if you chose to not have your room serviced. Really good location.

Room was clean in general. However there were two dead mosquitos sticked to the ceiling (one above the bed and the other in the bathroom).

Located almost at the heart of Ghent old town, very nice and comfortable room and adequate facilities. I was expecting a low price for off season and the price was even lower!

Excellent location, super comfy and the staff were so friendly. If you are wanting to bring along your dog, they are so accommodating, even surprising us with a doggy pack including a bed, treats and bowls. Excellent value for money.

Loved everything about the hotel. The staff is wonderful and super friendly. The room was exactly like the photos show and the hotel is nicely decorated. They have a handy locker room where you can pay to keep your luggage for a few hours. I'm staying here again next time I visit for sure!

the location is excellent. The reception area is good and we liked the use of the coffee and tea facilities. The hotel was very quiet and the room and shower were clean.

At 9 am i had the cleaning lady enter my room without knocking. The checkout is at 12.

The beds were amazingly confortable and the reception had the amability to change my room to a single bigger bed.

For a side-sleeper like me, the bed was way too hard and unfortunately not comfortable. My partner, on the other hand, never complained.. so I supposed this can be very personal.

This hotel is perfectly located in the city center and yet far from street noise. Our double room was small but cozy, and overlooking a breath-taking view of the towers (please note this is subject to availability). Everything was spotless, with the only exception for the hairdryer which requires a deep-cleaning (I removed some dust myself). Otherwise, kudos to Housekeeping, very well done! Check-in went super smooth, the Receptionist was even ready to accommodate us despite arriving late morning. After departure, you can store your belongings in safe lockers for an extra charge however price-friendly. Should I consider visiting Ghent in the future, I would certainly stay here once again. Thanks everyone!

I loved the friendly staff, they reached out to ask when I was arriving at the hotel and if I needed any help. The hotel was clean and beautiful, there was coffee and tea available for guests.

The temperature in the room was a bit too high to my liking, even though it was set to lower numbers. Luckily, the window could be opened.

The room was a little bit small and also the room walls were very thin. When the next room guest closed the door, it was felt intensively in my room. Also the walking steps in the upstairs room were felt in the same way.

Liked everything.

Excellent hotel in a perfect location within walking distance of all of the major attractions, shops, restaurants, cafes & bars but also close to bus & tram routes. Our family room was spacious, very clean, light & airy & quiet. Breakfast was available if wanted & offered a wide variety of hot and cold food & drinks. There was always a member of staff at reception & all were extremely friendly, helpful & multilingual. I would totally recommend staying here when visiting Ghent.
