Excellent location, just a short walk from a train station. Sparklingly clean old fashion toom with really high ceiling, large comfy bed and modern bathroom. Really nice and accomodating host, restaurant downstairs.

Bear in mind, there is no elevator. Light in the bedroom is kind of yellowish.

First of all, Thanks for Fran for being a nice host. The room is nice and same as in the photos. It's big and comfort. It's quite close to Gent Sint Pieters station and easy to find. Nearby has shops, supermarkets and park. Old town is about 15 mins walk.

Absolutely gorgeous B&B. Fran was so welcoming and friendly. The bed was super comfortable. The bathroom was lovely and everything was spotless. The location is great, just a few minutes walk from St Pieters station, bus and tram stops and the city park. The breakfast and coffee were fabulous too.

The view from the room windows is over a glass roof of the restaurant, and the noise is audible, also via the room door which is also glass, so guests living late at night can be heard. The second night we were also disturbed by loud neighbours in the building next door until late hours.

Beautiful old building, super clean and cute room, with a small adjacent sitting room with books and guides. Fully equipped bathroom.

We wished we stayed longer. The room is very nice and huge. Hosts are friendly. Martin even helped us carry our luggage to our room. Welcomed us warmly though we arrived very late in the evening. Breakfast is amazing!

Fran and Maarten were wonderful hosts! As soon as we walked in, we felt welcomed by Fran. The room was spacious and clean, bathrooms were modern and excellent condition. Maarten is an amazing chef and went above and beyond for us while we were there. Would recommend trying out their restaurant while you are there. We will go back to their bed and breakfast if we ever go back to ghent belgium.

Nothing to complain about really but be prepared to have someone in the family who is strong or fit enough to carry your luggage up and down the stairs though I’m sure the host would be more than happy to help if you ask.

Friendly and helpful hosts, cute and charming place for a laidback breakfast, complete with a cute plump cat! Easily accessible by foot and tram to popular attractions.

Loved the breakfasts at the family operated restaurant downstairs and the helpfulness and friendliness of the owners ,who live in the mansion too. The hotel is easily accessible to Ghent St Pieters Train Station, the tram into the city center, and the city park with its museums and the adjacent botanical garden. Great location. Charming stay.

We had two wonderful nights at the b&b koeketiene. Our room was big, beautifully decorated, and cozy. Everything was clean and tidy and we also had a bathtube, which is always a plus. :) Overall, the place had a great charme and the two cats fit perfectly to it. Breakfast was really good and made with love. The hosts were two very lovely people, very helpful, and made our stay a really remarkable memory.

The property was conveniently located near to Gent Sint Peters Station, and had good shops and amenities close by. The Queen room was excellent and super comfortable, and Fran was very lovely and quick to respond to any messages! The resident cat Mr Miyagi is also very friendly. Would definitely recommend a stay here!

The place is beautifully decorated. The ceilings are very high and it makes it feel spacious. A comfortable mattress, and our room I thought was quiet. Would love to stay there for longer next time.
