Wifi was weak in our room.

Squeaky clean, spacious, bright, modern, almost new apartment. Close to things yet very quiet. Wish we could’ve stayed longer. Will definitely book again when/if back to Ghent. Very kind and thoughtful host. They tastefully decorated the rooms and thoughtfully provided amenities, as if the ones coming to stay are not guest but family.

Very well located apartment, well equipped, clean and quiet. Host met us on arrival to hand over and explain everything even though our timings were off. Helped us with secure local parking at a reasonable rate. Could not have been nicer.

There is nothing not to like!

The host was very hospitable, kind and helpful! She welcomed us no matter that our travel got delayed and we arrived late in the evening. The host had prepared a very nice guide of all local restaurants, bakeries and locations which was super handy! The place itself is on a great spot, quiet area but very close by to the center! We felt very cozy and at home.

The apartment was gorgeous, and just a short walk from the centre of town. The bed was so big and comfy. Ria was an excellent host and had so many great recommendations for activities and restaurants all in a folder on the desk. We had a late flight home on our last day but there are spacious lockers in the building we used to store our cases and backpacks while we explored Ghent for a few more hours.

Very nice host, she is very kind a gives some good tips about the city. The location is perfect, it's a quiet street and just 10 minutes walk from the beautiful centre of Gent. The room is very nice and clean, we had a Bath in our bedroom, we loved it!

Ria and her husband are fantastic, warm and helpful hosts. There was nothing missing and the flat was so nice that even on rainy days we had a great time in Ghent. The location is perfect. It's only 10 minutes to the city centre.

The only problem is that you can hear the other rooms. But it wasn´t really an issue adn didn´t affect our stay at all

Wow, more than excellent! We had a fabulous time and Ria was an outstanding host. The accomodation was brilliantly situated just a few minutes walk from the centre and was in a very quiet area - we slept very well. The accomodation was very clean and well equipped and spacous. It was warm enough and relaxing. Ria was an excellent communicator, and we always felt that if we needed anything she would always help. I really cannot recommend highly enough - hope to return!

Nothing! The only thing to note is there was no safe in the room, however this wasn’t an issue for us as the property felt very secure.

Everything! The property is in a great location, close to damport station and the centre, and being on a quiet residential street meant there was no noise. The property itself is was spotless and beautifully decorated. Ria and Tom were the perfect hosts, happy to help with anything and giving us all the information we needed. The property had all the facilities we needed, including luggage storage so we could make the most of our final day. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

We liked everything!

Hosts were lovely and gave us a great welcome. We stayed in a studio apartment - it was beautiful and well designed, with all the bits and pieces we needed to make a proper dinner. They also had Netflix on the TV, so we had a very cosy movie night. Everything was sparkling clean.

Not a problem for me, but guests should be aware some apartments are on the upper floors with no elevator.

Such a lovely well decorated and spacious apartment. All cooking equipment was provided in this clean and well ventilated apartment. Ria was a fantastic host. This apartment is just outside the old city but is easy walking distance with supermarkets and bakeries close by and only 12 minutes walk from Gent Dampoort train station. I would highly recommend this place to others.
