Only issue there were no restaurants in the vicinity especially open on a Sunday evening. I had to finally drive into Antwerp.

The access to the hotel is in an industrial area, but do not let it put you off. The room is large and has a very large projected screen. The room is modern and tastefully decorated. Breakfast was served in the room - could be on the terrace - but this day was a little too cold. Breakfast was excellent. The terrace was large with a good view on the canal.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a wonderful hotel, and I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly by the staff and made to feel welcome. The hotel itself is beautifully designed. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a pleasant stay. The bed was especially comfortable, which made for a great night's sleep. One of the things I appreciated most about this hotel was the level of service provided by the staff. They were always available to answer any questions I had, and they went out of their way to ensure that my stay was as enjoyable as possible. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay.

In all fairness there is nothing I did not like, not this stay and not my last stay. The parking at night is a little dark but in all fairness it is a safe area so it does not give any concern.

Very friendly staff, relaxed settings in all of the rooms and the general areas. Great settings in the rooms, lovely playlists and usages of the projector. I also love the infrared light to ease my back after a long day at work.

Mosquitos in the room, but it makes sense as the hotel is next to a river.

The road signs to come to the hotel have good, but not perfect visibility effects for people who come to the hotel firstly. Google Maps have no direct route to the hotel, so the driver has to pay a lot of attention to find the hotel. It is only a recommendation how to improve the small things of your super hotel!

The hotel was a miracle of the week of traveling! The rooms have good designers ideas and quality of room items (high quality sound system, furniture, etc.). The hotel has a high level of digitalization and everything is organized using the digital codes avoiding extra personnel involvement. The breakfast is highly recommended. It is a kind of restaurant art ) especially, on the terrace with the river view

It really is a very nice place and I had a great time, so none of the items I mention now did change that feeling. Only things I could think of here is that the location although beautiful next to the water is at the end of a rather dark alley (industry park), it is not so easy to find and as a woman traveling by my self and in the winter where it gets dark quite early I was not fully at ease walking from the car to the door in the dark (you never know), obviously nothing happened and it is a safe area. Slight shortcoming in the design of the shower unit where it is unavoidable to have no water coming through under the glass door, short clean up with the tools provided/ at hand does solve it easily though. Just a point to consider when doing the next maintenance touch up as I am sure this can be solved relatively easily.

I really liked the setting of the room and also the shared facilities. I loved the infrared lights and the projector to watch Netflix. The staff is lovely and it's easy to get by with the codes provided for all doors. All the finishing touches are just perfect, the perfect playlist, really a very relaxing stay. I really did feel at home. Fashionable and comfortable design.

People coming in and out at all times, shouting, yelling and banging the doors. The property said “because there was an event” as if it could serve as excuse. Sink in the bathroom was clogged and when the water finally would go, the sink would be filled with filth and dirt. Terrible location, away from anything. No dinner options, shops or supermarkets in the nearby. Street full of “love” clubs. Terrible choice for an accomodation.
