The only very small gripe I have is the soap dispensers in the toilets were not refilled. Other than that 10/10.

We liked prety much everything, modern, spotlessly clean, free lockers to use, free coffee, tea and hot chocolate. 2 minute walk from train station and about 5-6 minutes from the heart of the town. Spacious light room.

A modern, eco-friendly and newly built hotel. Excellent location and closeby the train station and the city centre. Very pleasant and helpfull staff. A surprisingly good and discrete bar. Loved the well stocked breakfast. The room was very clean, comfy beds and a good shower. Top marks, we enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel!

The room is actually very small, but for just a few nights and not planning to actually spend a lot of time in the room, it is perfect!

The rooms are super stylish, so modern, very clean, they offer tea and coffee the whole day, that's a very nice extra feature. Will definitely stay again! Also, in the breakfast area are many spots to chill and hang with the travel group.

Great location + Beautifully decorated💫 Hotel "Design Forward"...a great model for future business & touring stays. Every detail was well thoughtout, efficient, functional, & pretty:) I would suggest providing some rooms that offer 2 included bottles of water, a very small refrigerator, a small water kettle, & body lotion - items that I really do appreciate in any hotel room:) The staff was very helpful & professional...thank you💫

The staff asked whether we are sure that we payed for breakfast which is not so welcoming. We already told our room number and it was written on their system that we have made the payment. He could’ve just checked in the system and verify it himself instead of asking whether i am sure or not. But besides that the whole experience was nice - it was very comfortable in the rooms.

No wine available on the bar ( as they had had a busy Saturday night ) !! Otherwise excellent.

The hotel [pparkingwas not open and the parking we booked was across the road. Thesignage could have been better. We had go round a big block twice before we could turn in.

Area was noisey at night with lots of people shouting in the street on the friday and saturday in the early hours. The room was very hot in March that we needed window open. Air con in room but it felt stuffy without window open. Its the station area which is always noisey.

Great location. 2 minutes from train and bus station and about a 15 minute walk to citadel. Hotel was modern and clean and staff friendly. Free tea and coffee from machine in reception which was great and water cooler to fill bottles. Great hotel and would recommend and would stay again if we visited Namur again. Beds comfortable and the shower was great.

Lots, simple but met all our needs. Good breakfast. You can choose not to have your room serviced, which we thought was a brilliant idea. The hotel we are in now in Leuven has gone one better, don’t service as standard, provided free if requested. Location superb. Be careful when choosing the room type, depending on your length of stay you might want to think about a larger room than the standard.

Open WiFi, and seemingly unable to connect with VPN. Massive concerns about this in a big hotel in 2024.

Hotel was almost brand new. Staff were great, very close to train station. Rooms are excellent, comfy beds and nice linen.

A comfortable walking distance to Namur's historical center, museums, and the citadel, and also steps from the train station. The room was excellent, very clean and comfortable, good heating (we visited in winter) and totally soundproof. Buffet breakfast was also really nice.

Nothing really - good value for price

Handy location for station and an easy walk into town, to the river and to the Citadel. Great breakfast, with a range of healthy choices. Decent coffee available all day In Reception area. Big umbrellas available for hire. Bright, colourful decor. Comfortable and serviceable room with good use of a small space.
