This is my fault but the booking system should state in the filter if a facility is included or optional and give costs. I did a lot of driving that week and was looking forward to a property with a sauna. I dont know how multiple guests could access this if the room were to have been occupied! Whilst this has one ( located in the downstairs bedroom ) the supplement sought was disproportionate to the cost of the room and I could have picked an anonymous chain hotel at a higher price and saved money. It was my fault for not double-checking but more clarity up front would have been good. I don't know how multiple guests could access this facility if the room was occupied by other guests!I was also surprised and a bit shocked to find the room only had a water bed, which was a unique experience but perhaps an unwelcome surprise.

The room was large with a nice shower ( though I couldn't work out how to use all the features ) and a decent-sized desk and seating area. Certainly a unique experience. The host was helpful and provided a great little breakfast. Parking directly outside. The location is isolated, but the host offered a range of dining options all which required a car to access. A lovely spot for a relaxing break but probably not ideal for a business trip, though the desk in the room was perfect.

Chris and his wife were fantastic, really friendly and helpful especially for an English speaker. They helped me plan my trip to Brussels and gave me parking and metro tips.

The B&B is located in the country side, and has great facilities, set up with passion for "excellent hosting". The reception was very warm and pleasant, the room superb, breakfast very good. All in all: a pleasant surprise - truly an "Oasis of Calm" in a busy world.

Amazing and restful place, with impressive decor and even more impressive catering (breakfast in bed and beer on arrival was very appreciated). The water bed was super comfortable. Our dog also had a fantastic time.

I arrived late, but received a warm welcome with a decent showing around. The waterbed is lovely. The decoration of the entire room is a dream. A lovely shower-bath, very spacious.

The room is a very rustic, many hoods exposed in the room, many carpet, the bed has curtain around and a cloth Uber, this is a very good interior design, but maybe is not a good idea for a person that has allergies.

The Hoster is very friendly, good break fast, the region is like a farm a good place to take a bike and ride around. Has a heated pool, a jacuzzi too.

Beautiful family hotel with very unique and special design that i never seen before. The owner was very nice and helpful. We loved to stay in this great accomodation where we had all we need and we appreciate the attention for the details as the fresh water, ear plugs, very nice music station, higienic staffs in the bathroom. We definetely come back and highly recommend to people who are looking for something special and extaordinary.

A welcome respite from the noise of towns. We didn't use the facilities but would definitely return the next time we are near visiting our friends. Very large rooms with great ambiance. Just note, there is not an elevator so be sure to reserve the ground floor room if stairs are a problem. Beautiful outside space to enjoy breakfast (excellent) or have a picnic as we did. Kris, the host is very attentive.

The only thing that I can point out is that during the night there was some intense love noises from the room above. Other than that everything was perfect.

Everything was amazing, I strongly recommend the room with jacuzzi and sauna, perfect for a weekend romantic experience. The breakfast was also great and the host is an incredible person.

It’s in a very quiet location, easy to access, renovated from a farm, original style, very comfortable waterbed, bath, very tasty breakfast, the most important is the staff super friendly and they provided excellent service! Definitely recommend!

The only issue for me was the open toilet that is overlooked from almost any part of the room, so it felt a bit weird. All the rest was great
