- the self check-in process is complicated and a little frustrating and from the description on booking is not really clear that the hotel is self check-in, but if you call them,.they are very helpful - the walls are thin and you can always hear your neighbourgs

It's not that I didn't like anything. Just a couple of suggestions - a full length mirror in the room would be good, the pillows were really uncomfortable unfortunately, there should be a dustbin in the room, and there was no hot water in the bathroom tap.

Location was great, price was good. Ambrose was very polite and check in and out were smooth.

The place is not in the city center but the bus stop was just a few minutes away. The room was very nice and clean.

The room was very big and comfortable. But there is no place to hang clothes so it is a good place to stay just for a few nights. It is outside the old city, you walk 15-20 minutes to the old city, easy to walk. It worths the money. Self check in , so don’t wait anybody for checkin

At first we weren’t sure how to check-in because we didn’t receive any messages/calls beforehand, but when we contacted the phone number on the entrance door, we got into contact with the landlord immediately, so ot was all good :))

Could have had a hair dryer in the room instead of one to share between all rooms. A bin where the tea/coffee facility was.

The room was small but comfortable, and we were mostly out exploring the city anyway. The B&B is not far from the center of Bruges on foot. The breakfast was simple and the staff were friendly and kind.

Due to the location it was hard to get food at night as there was nowhere open to delivery and we didn’t have a car to go and collect. There were also no shops in the immediate walking distance for us to go and get things such as water and food. I also would have preferred if there was a little more presence from staff, we didn’t see them once however if we had any issues I believe it would have been more difficult to get help.

It was a lovely b&b. Absolutely loved the self check in and check out and the rooms exceeded my expectations. We didn’t try the breakfast however it was a nice option to have.

Around 30-40 minutes walking from the train/bus station (but there is also a straight bus stopping nearby) You can hear noise from bathroom from other rooms and the entrance door downstairs are quite noisy too

I found out after our stay that we in fact had the smallest room in the property which was room 1. For a couple of nights it would be fine but due to us being there for ten days we would have been more comfortable in a larger room because of the amount of stuff we had - I just booked the only one available at the time. Also I would have prefered a kettle in the room as it could be disturbing for other guests boiling outside their rooms

The house was lovely and clean. Our room was also very clean and comfortable with a table and chairs, small shower room with toilet and small hand basin. Outside of the rooms on the landing was a microwave, kettle, tea, coffee, sugar, toilet roll and shower gel. The house is in a lovely quiet neighbourhood and the walk into the centre was about 20 minutes to half hour which was okay. We passed a supermarket which was very close to the b&b so that was handy for bits and pieces but be aware they close at 8pm. The staff we met were lovely and helpful and Ambrose was on WhatsApp for help or advice whenever we needed him.

The location is a bit far from the centre but you can get a bus so it’s not too bad. The bed and pillow was a bit uncomfortable for us.

The room was spacious, the wifi was very quick and I loved the bathroom. The host was very friendly and let us store bags there too

There was no lock in the toilet door. With 4 year kid running around, one has to always watch that she does not open the door accidentally. Also an exhaust in the bathroom could be handy.

It was very approachable to the city center. Easy access and comfortable stay.

A quiet place, not in the very center of Bruges. Host was helpful, facilities were OK. The room had only fan so installing an AC would be beneficial for the guests.
