The breakfast was really nothing special and I decided to skip it and look for an alternative solution down the street. I understand from the paper in the room that you normally have breakfast downstairs at the restaurant. Hope for other guests that this option will return in the future.

The stay in the room was very nice. It's located in a nice part of the city. It was very easy to just walk around for a drink and some food. The room is nice and spacious and has a very comfortable bed. The bathroom is good and the shower was a perfect way of waking up this morning.

The mattress is not that comfortable as we were expected. Also we were there during holidays on New Year and no one has come to clean the room and because of that there were more waste than they would expect. I’d send guest to leave more garbage packets in such a case.

The location is nearly good enough. the central walking streets is just 15 min walk-in away. also the property is looking good enough to be satisfied.

Lot’s of noise from the street overnight. It needs a repaint. No staff no reception (I knew it was like that but it’s a bit awkward anyway)

Minor considerations: We only received 1 key card, which made it tricky if we were out separately. On request we were given a second key card. Perhaps request a second key card prior to your stay. It was great to have a dishwasher, although we didn't find it cleaned particularly effectively, so we washed a few dishes by hand. The TV isn't a smart TV, so we couldn't get Netflix and television channels in English appeared limited (although we didn't spend much time watching it).

We stayed for 3 nights in May and we were very happy with the room. During the booking process, we weren't sure which of the pictured rooms we were going to be given, but we ended up in the dark coloured room. It was clean, modern, comfortable, had a well-equipped kitchenette and large bathroom. An express supermarket is across the road and it is an easy 1km walk into the centre of town. The area seemed 'safe'. The self check-in instructions worked well for us after re-reading them a couple of times. Although the foyer is generally not manned, we happened to see 3 different employees there over the 3 days, and they were happy to answer questions.

After reading other reviews i was very nervous, there seemed so many complaints, i was expecting problems, we entered the property following the instruction sent by confirmation, opened the door easily, its one of those doors you have to pull towards you first then push open. We stayed in a studio for 5 nights, for the 2 of us very spacious, bed big and comfy, well equipped kitchenette for cooking, (we only did breakfast) but could of cooked more, sofa with tv area, seperate big bathroom with bath plus seperate walkin shower luxury, good heating and silent, i thought it wasnt working so contacted the office, who was very prompt in replying, but in the end it was working, just needed to turn temp up, my fault, on the whole really happy. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

The room was small and the towels wear in very poor condition and had a hole on it. Also the shower was with markers on the floor and it looked very unhygienic and clean

The bathroom door seemed like it was on the wrong way. Usually you can see out and others can't see in (it was made of glass), but it was hard to see out and very easy to see in if you're on the toilet or in the shower. Not ideal if you're not that comfortable with nudity or seeing you're travelling buddy like that (or on the toilet!). the bedroom door is a sliding door and there is no soundproofing if you're staying in the living room.

Overall very clean and a very good location. Close to bus and train. Cabs/Ubers are very cheap so very quick affordable journeys to town.

I felt a bit cold at my room and the internet sometimes didn't work and I had to use my data for late work.

The staff is super useful and friendly. Good location, confortable bed and nice breakfast. They provide towels, clean bed sheets, hairdryer :)

There is no washing machine in the rooms, but there is a central washing machine free in the building. So it wasn't so much of a problem

We visited many European countries in our trip, but our stay in this apartment was the best. the room was so spacious and comfortable. Yes they don't have a reception but they have a 24 hr duty manager you can call, they respond to complaints and very understanding. The location is very comfortable too, easy to walk to most places or take an uber

All service facilities were bad.The room was not cleaned at all. bed sheets were not renewed. Even towels were not provided. The Airconditioning in the room was not working properly. The breakfast was the poorest ever. Nothing has been working properly. I am completely not satisfied.
