The shower is new, but not very comfortable. The pillow is cheap and too thin. These are minor things though, cause the place was good overall.

The location is perfect, the hotel is walking distance to/from everything. The room was fine for a short stay, it had everything I needed.

The rooms are utilitarian. There was no iron or hairdryer in the room.

The hotel is within walking distance of The Grand Place, and very close to the Metro, which makes it super convenient for tourists.

The shower was small, and the showerhead had to be held because it would only spray out against the curtain and made a mess when I first turned it on.

The room was spacious and clean. I booked on impulse because the hostel I originally was supposed to stay was an immediate no, and my room was ready within the hour. The guy at the front desk was super friendly and remembered my name and room when I came back from grabbing food.

The hotel is located almost in the center of the city. Nice facade and hall. Our single rooms were quite small, 9 square meters. But for a business trip alone, everything is quite convenient. It is clean, there are shelves, a table and a chair, a place to store shoes and clothes, a personal bath and toilet. The windows faced a courtyard with a dubious view, but at least they were there. I was pleasantly surprised by the daily change of bedding. It seems that it is not ecological, but it is very pleasant. Breakfast is served in the lobby, or you can buy snacks, coffee or drinks from the vending machine. The staff is extremely friendly and ready to help. Upon request, a hairdryer, an iron with an ironing board (free of charge) are available, which is extremely convenient when on a business trip. For Brussels, I think these are adequate conditions for the offered price.

There is little space to hang up clothes. No actual wardrobe

clean room. staff helpful. room was quiet, helping one to sleep, although the windows overlooked the large square Annessenn. On one of the days I didn't even hear the market stall being set up in the square and I am a light sleeper.

The room no 30 given to me had big matters of door knob which is opening with great difficulties for the both side as outside and inside of room. it have to be repaired urgently for the for the access need to ask the reception staff to come to open the door because the keys are not working properly.

The location is excellent few meters till the metro access .Bathroom very good condition clean and workable.
