The location is great and the personnel very friendly. I also appreciated the continental breakfast.

They could have given me information for the metro , which is only 2 stops away from the main transport hub . It took 3 hours to find the hotel, by walking .

the bathroom was *tiny* I had to turn sideways to get between the sink and the loo! however, it was clean and everything worked no problem - just a bit of a tight squeeze!

The hallway looks like it’s in the middle of repainting. We had to move 2 beds and under them we found dirt and old wrappers. During our first night, somebody pulled the fire alarm twice at 2 am, I think, but that is not the hotel’s fault, just annoying for us.

it’s a short walk to the city centre. The beds were nice and confortable. It is very basic but clean. We had towels and soap/shower gel in the bathroom. No closet or nightstands.

The hotel needs some renovation work. The room is clean but very poor in the design.

The hotel location was perfect. Only 9 minutes from the Grand Place and 19 minutes to the train station. Every member of the staff has been super nice. I can’t praise them enough.

It is a single room with a chair and a night stand. There is no dresser or place to lay out your clothes. But I was aware of this from the description. The shower is very small but functional. It has new and modern fixtures but not much room to move around. I’m a sound sleeper so was not disturbed by neighbouring noise. I’m assuming they have a table fan for summer months. otherwise it could be quite hot. Thank you for a great stay.

First and foremost, all reception staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. I did an overnight flight, so I am very appreciative of being able to check in 2 hours early. The hotel is in an excellent location and surrounded by lots of places to eat and minutes from the main downtown squares. The room, although small, it was very clean. It had a comfortable bed and nice big window. Although the washroom was quite small, it was nice and modern with lots of hot water and water pressure. I stayed in a single bed. Wifi worked very well. For a short city visit, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

the bathroom was clean but gave off a terrible smell from poor plumbing or drainage and so I had to keep the door closed and the window open.

the locks on the door were a little stiff to use but that's just because they're old and not really that big of an issue! the doors/walls are thin so noise carries but that's also due it being an older building and didn't really affect my stay much.

- The lock of the room door was frequently been getting stuck, causing inconvenience. - Rooms are not sound proof and It was noisy. - The pillow was as hard as a rock. - By simple strategies such as putting an empty glass or a hairdryer in the room, they can enhance the customer satisfaction. I asked for hairdryer and the reception provided it. But there was no hairdryer in the room. I expected more based on the money that I paid.

The Location is exceptional. I had a very straightforward journey to find the location and early check-in was possible. Staff members were helpful and polite.

Continantal Breakfast 8€ but its not worth it. One Croissant and a Discounter self baked up bread roll, that's all. Only butter and Marmalade (cherry and strawberry) was available. Cuppochino Machine was great. Next to the hotels are small shops which offer breakfast too.

Very friendlys tuff, nice Hotel for a night. Parking (20€)was available just around the corner.

There was hair on my bed sheets and Also in the shower. The shower was really small and you could not move at all but that is something that cant Be changed Only maybe the shower curtains. The area around walking alone at midnight could Be seen by otherwise as a little dangerous but it was Okay.

The hotel was a 15min walk from the train station and Also 10-15min to the city center. For a night it was good and enough although there need to be more improvements in terms of cleanliness. The bed was comfy they had shampoo in the shower but no conditioner Or hair dryer.

The shower was not the best and there was no room for comfortable showering. The common areas smelled like cigarettes all the time (like the elevator), which was very unpleasant. The hotel location is a little sketchy, so be careful.

The staff was helpful and the wifi worked well. The hotel location makes it easy to arrive via train in Brussels-Midi and also serves as a nice exploring start point to the city centre by walking (but be careful on your surroundings)
