It was so very well presented and clean. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The meals were amazing. We had breakfast and dinner and it was good value well to us anyway. As it saved us a honking or liking for where to eat. Would 100% recommend this place.

Neighbourhood is not very clean (a lot of trashes on the ground) - but i understand they have no power/fault over this. The rest was amazing.

Beautiful themed hotel. Front desk employees are really amazing. Has a rooftop terrace, arcade/game room for kids, free books and games to rent during the stay. Rooms are great, beautifully decorated. Bunk beds are ideal fur families. Everything is perfect. The neighbourhood is not very clean or did not feel super safe, so we were happy to have booked the indoor Parking of the hotel for 30€ per night. Metro station is 5 min walking. Train station close by. Walking to the centre took 20-25min (with a small climb). Highly recommend this hotel.

The parking was a bit challenging in our large car but that was more because of our car!

The staff were exceptional from start to finish. They were so kind to my son who finds travelling challenging and this allowed us all to relax. The room service at night was a life saver and so delicious!

The only minor criticism is that the hotel is 20 minutes from the city centre and the surrounding area isn't nice (litter etc). There is a metro station 2mins walk away, though.

We had a comfortable, fun, and functional room for the whole family. The kids loved the bunk beds and comic strip theme. For breakfast, we had a good selection of continental and cooked food. The staff were helpful and friendly.

A bit outdated scheme with a security deposit and upfront check-in, which adds some degree of bureaucracy, but we didn't have any problem with that.

We got a very nice and big room. The bed was amazing - huge and a good mattress. The bathroom had a bathtub rather than a shower cubicle which is rare nowadays. The staff were helpful and polite.

Over call or email there is room for improvement for the guest services staff. The tone could sometimes over a call come off a bit rude or stern.

The hotel was very clean, had great theming and has some great facilities. The location is easy to reach by public transport.

The area isn't great - a huge building project seems to be going on remodeling the local roads, and it's not in one of Brussels' nicer areas. But that's like any big city and it's easy to reach the other areas.

Lovely big and comfortable room with everything we needed for a night's stay. Great staff on reception - very welcoming. Very convenient for Gare du Midi, and only 25 mins walk to the Grand Place.

Last minute booking, due to another property falling through. The staff were so helpful at making this happen last minute with no stress. Once we were settled we realised what a fantastic hotel this was. Kids absolutely loved the room, as did we.

I was surprised to find that the storage of luggage came at a cost of EUR2 per 12 hours, (will be cheaper for smaller lockers). Although it wasn’t expensive and felt extremely secure, I hadn’t anticipated this charge. As I returned in the 13th hour, I ended up having to pay an additional EUR2.

Everything - Rooms and bathrooms are well-equipped and clean. Come with coffee machine, bottled water, kettle. Lighting was good. Towels are replaced daily even though we hung them up (not super environmental-friendly but hey new washed towels I cant complain) Beds is comfy, has loads of storage space and comes with plenty of sockets too. Location walkable from Brussels Midi station.

An odd thing in our room: the tray with kettle and coffee maker was nowhere near an outlet. The buffet seemed overpriced, so we skipped it.

We loved the family room. Very comfortable. Our kids borrowed controllers to play games in a PlayStation. My husband and I liked that there was a bar downstairs.
