Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

GermanyThe showers in the pool area where turned off for some reason. You had to go in the sauna area to shower. That worked fine but it’s better to have some showers directly at the pool already for hygienic reasons.
We really enjoyed Breakfast, View and Pool/ Spa area. The staff was very friendly too.

South KoreaThe room was wide, clean, and extremely well decorated. Both the shower and the bath in the room were gigantic and great. The staff was really understanding even with a last minute booking for two with a medium size dog. We were truly surprised by all of the services the place proposed for such an affordable price for a 4 stars hotel. The hotel has a perfect location, near several parking lots, and just in front of the beach and its many sea-side restaurants. It also offers unlimited access during your stay for the pool, the jacuzzi and two saunas, so I really recommend taking a swimsuit with you ! And if you want to relax in the evening after a good spa, the hotel also has affordable cocktails and aperitifs. It was truly an idyllic stay and we will definitely come back again.

BelgiumThe room was dark and not well organized: the bathroom was in the corridor outside the bedroom. The windows were facing the building in front. The hotel definitely did not manage well the number of guests. There were huge crowds at the breakfast, no plates, no refilling of food varieties and not tasty at all. Lines at the checkout. Nothing special for the price we payed.
