There was no soap or shampoo in the dispensers, and I was lucky to find some soap in my frequent traveler bag. I also did not see milk to add to the coffee offered. The TV is small and too far away, I don't think it is a bad thing, just a habit/preference. Had some trouble finding my way out of the place on the first morning, I had forgotten the verbal instructions but later discovered there is no exit sign on the door leading to the exit.

Was welcomed by a friendly dog who sat waiting at the parking area, Location was nice and quiet; I did not spend any time there other than to sleep and shower and was perfectly able to come in and out as needed. I only met a host for check in, he knew who was expected and I was promptly showed to the room. No hassle.

Maybe the host could have explained to me how to get to my room before I arrived. Spent about two hours waiting outside before a fellow tenant explained to me how to get in.

Location just out of town but accessible by car. Lovely country feel and the owner was very pleasant and easy going, giving us local information which was very helpful. Price was great!

It's easy to hear other hosts in the adjacent rooms, especially if they don't understand that at 3.30 AM they should shut up. But of course that's not a fault of the landlord.

Friendly suggestion: we like to cook for ourselves but the kitchen wasnt quite equipped enough. A new frying pan would be nice, as well as some wooden spoons and some other utensils. There was plenty of coffee available, but as a tea drinker, I was sad there were no tea options at all. Also, we paid for cleaning, but apart from the bed, there rest wasnt so clean. But the place was cheap to stay at, so it wasnt a big deal for us.

The bed was really comfortable. I didnt meet any owners/staff, but I did meet their dog, who was super cute and cuddly. And the place was lovely and quiet.

There was a bit of dust on the shelf above the bed, but that was already everything that is not so well. The rest of the room was very clean. We were greated by a german shepherd (whoch for us is no problem) which could be a problem for people who fear dogs.

Very nice rooms. The entrance is a bit weird but the rest is really nice. Excellent value for your money. no noise and no problems at all.

I was skeptical at the beginning but once I entered the property, felt really well. A big property with lush green garden around. Ample parking space for free, rooms are spacious and well maintained. Facilities are really well. A common kitchen is available for everyone to use. Bathroom is private and spacious. Overall a really good place to stay and have fun.

There was no one to accept us, not even a description of how to self-check in. There were several entrances and one of them had a paper with a phone number on it (luckily we had a phone that we could use to call otherwise we did not know what to do), the owner told us our room number (he was very friendly on the phone). But we did not see him or hear from him the whole week. We stayed almost a whole week, but there was no changing of towels or garbage cans, we had to do that ourselves.

A very nice location. Surrounded by fields. Very quite and peaceful. The room is big and had everything we needed (private big shower, coffee machine, and a small fridge). The kitchen is for the use of everybody.

We had some difficulty accessing the property. Our room was not ready for us when we tried to check in- apparently the previous guest had been unwell (!) and had left late ( not great to hear in these post(?) COVID days). The communal areas of this lodging were somewhat grubby, although our personal room was clean. There were a couple of small holes in our under sheet, possibly cigarette burns, but it was clean, and the duvet was warm. There was a bit of a “niff “ that pervaded the establishment - possibly the septic tank needed emptying, but we eventually went “nose -blind” as the advert has it- and to be fair we smelt this smell a lot in rural Belgium. it was not clear at all from the room description on Booking. Com which facilities were personal to the room, and which were communal. FYI the room had Netflix TV, WiFi, coffee maker, mini fridge and en-suite shower room, and a desk area. Other facilities were communal.

Our room, once we accessed it, was nicely decorated and clean. The bed was comfortable, the wifi good, the coffee maker and bathroom likewise. Emile, who showed us to our room was very helpful. We felt that the price of our stay represented good value for money.

The owner Emmanuel was very helpful and welcoming. The beds were very comfortable and the swimming pool and sun loungers were just what we needed. Lovely, friendly dog too.

the bedsheets were outdated, no one to speak to when we arrived in or during our stay. we went out and on our return we got attacked by a dog trying to call the number no response. eventually the owner of the dog get control of the dog and we able to enter the flat.

Great place near our Brussels office. And flexibility is written in CAPITALS here because although breakfast is not standard, the landlord was kind enough to provide this (at an acceptable cost). So that worked well for my breakfast AND my lunch (because there was plenty). The bath was great.. the location too.

If've stayed in a lot of different places. I must say this was the most comfy bed I've ever slept it. Nice big shower, big rooms in a quite surrounding. I liked the communal kitchen area.

The room was exceptionally comfortable, spotless, and equipped with everything needed for a cozy stay. The location was easily accessible, just a 5-minute walk from the bus station, in a very quiet and safe area. The host was incredibly kind and friendly, responding to all our requests. I highly recommend this accommodation and hope to return soon. Thank you for everything!

we left after 6 hours as we got bitten by bedbugs all over. This nearly ruined our trip to Belgium as we had to stay on our car for the rest of the night and find an alternative place to stay for the next two nights of our trip. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place until the host has fumigated the entire house. He seemed aware there was an issue with bedbugs in his property, I only hope he made the other guests aware of the infestation that were still in the property after we left.

Can't say as we weren't there long enough. Only in the property for 6 hours rather than the 3 nights we had booked.
