Don't know where to start! What a wonderful experience to staying in this house. No one could hope for a better hosts than Valeri and her husband- always attentive, kind and friendly. They thought of everything you could possibly need while staying there. The place is unique and full of character. We loved our time in Brugge, thank you! A really special stay.

It was a little bit of a walk to get back to the main part of town. I had stayed at another place the night before and I was right in the centre of town, so I was a little disappointed to see I had a bit of a walk to get back to the main part. My actual stay was great, but there were quite a lot of communication issues before my arrival. We sorted everything out, but it did take some time and made me feel rather awkward. There was a huge mistake made by the host and she apologized the following day for her error, but it was such a mess that I never really felt entirely comfortable at this B&B. I was asked repeatedly when I would be arriving. I was told I had to leave my bags at the train station because she wouldn't be home. This was really upsetting. I felt as though the B&B was run on their convenience and not for the convenience of their guests. I was asked when I would like breakfast, but was quickly told, "not too early and not too late", so I asked what time was best for them. I was asked for an arrival time (which I gave - 10:30-11), but was told she wasn't home in the morning. After all of the texts and confusion I found out the entire thing was a mistake. She had mistaken me for someone else. She apologized the following day, which I appreciated and I did have a lovely breakfast and a nice chat with the couple. I do think that they need to be a little more careful when communicating with guests. This was my first time to ever have something like this happen. I've always been able to arrive at a place early, drop my bags off and explore the city until check-in time. I thought I wasn't going to be able to do this, which left me quite nervous and worried about my day in Brugge. It all worked out well in the end, but I had a very upsetting start to my stay in Brugge.

My expectations were met when I stayed here. The room was spacious and the bathroom was clean and also spacious. The breakfast was very nice - beautifully, fresh buns and some sliced meat and cheese (my type of breakfast!). The breakfast area was also very nice.

We were accused of stealing 2 small towels (and if we could bring them back, really???), which we hadn’t of course. they must have forgotten to supply us with it. I am sure they were safe and sound in their closet. So that wasn’t very nice.

It is a short walk from the city centre. the room is clean, the bathroom is big and clean but you have to walk a communal hallway to get to it (not sure if it is shared). We were expected back no later than 8 in the evening but maybe that was due to not being able to check in early. we had to leave early so no inconvenience to us. Because we had to leave early, they bought us a nice pastry breakfast (instead of a homemade one) which was enough for lunch too. Parking was a bit difficult (not a lot of spots) but the proprietor helps you with the blue parking disk if needed.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a Bella Noche with some of the loveliest owners I have ever encountered. From the moment we arrived, We were greeted with warm smiles and friendly conversation, making us feel right at home. The B&B itself was beautifully decorated and well-maintained, with a cozy and comfortable atmosphere that instantly put me at ease. My room was impeccably clean and thoughtfully appointed, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. But what truly made my experience unforgettable was the owners. They went out of their way to make me feel welcome, offering helpful tips and recommendations for things to do in the area, as well as taking the time to get to know me on a personal level. From preparing delicious breakfasts each morning to going above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable, the staff at this B&B truly went above and beyond in every way possible. Overall, I cannot recommend this B&B highly enough. If you are looking for a cozy and comfortable place to stay with exceptional owners who will make you feel like part of the family, look no further than this lovely bed and breakfast.

The sound isolation to the neighboring room is not optimal. If the room is rented, you can hear each other well.

The hosts, a very nice couple, married for 20 years ;-), are very friendly and nice to talk to. The blue room is really pretty, bright and furnished with good taste and an eye for details. As well as the bathroom. The breakfast is served in a cozy wintergarden. We recomand the B&B for everybody who likes to have a great time in Brugge.

The woman who attends said an inappropriate and offensive comment about the country were we came from “ just for joke”, this is inaceptable.

The sir who attended us is very kind, the place is clean and they allowed us to park our car in front without cost.
