The space was small and a little cramped and both the floor and ceiling are just concrete, which was jarring but not inherently bad.

Location was really good, very close to two metro stops and within walking distance of Grand Place. The staff was very nice. The bed was a normal comfortable bed. The bathroom was clearly regularly, properly cleaned as all the tiles were spotless. The water pressure was good and so was the temperature.

The lady who works in reception in the evenings makes you very uncomfortable when you need to ask for something. The young guy in the mornings though is quite the opposite. No doors in bathroom so not much privacy when you are more than one in the room.

I would like to complain about the air conditioning in the room. It was so freezing outside and in the room too as the air on was on….. and now I have a sort throat now. It was blowing literally on me, I think the design is wrong. Moreover, the receptionist could not turn it off for me. I asked so many times and he said I need to wait. So while I was waiting, I was already shaking because I fell asleep under this aircon. Then I understood that nothing will happen and I had to sleep in the bathroom. I didn’t sleep much, so feel that my stay in general was not great.

Its 10mins walk from Metro, but there is bus stop near by. If you arrive late at night you might feel lonely in the neighborhood walking from metro.

With Very less price, the room is Very spacious, Modern, Big rest room. Staff is friendly and provided guidance if any information is required.

Although it was 15 minutes walk to the center, it was not very safe around the hotel. Water was leaking from the shower door. That's why the bathroom was wet. It was said that hotel slippers were not provided.

Contrary to the comments we read in the reviews before we went, the room temperature could be adjusted according to the request, and there was no noise problem. The cleanliness and size of the room was very good.

Booked for 3 people, got the “large double bed” and sofa bed. The large bed was actually two singles pushed together, and the sofa bed was uncomfortable to sleep on. So when all three of us ended up on the main bed due to the discomfort, the middle person also ended up being uncomfortable because it was two beds pushed together. The gray concrete floors and walls were a bit cold/depressing. No glasses or anything left for us to drink water from.

The staff were amazing, helped us store the luggage, friendly. Location was amazing, right in between the nord station, the midi station, and the town centre.

There are no doors in the bathrooms, only a pretty thin curtain, which may make your life harder if you are traveling if someone else.

You can go to the Grote Markt in 15-minutes by foot. In 10 minutes by foot you can reach any type of public transportation. The place and the staff is pretty nice.

The table was really small and the chair was uncomfortable. The flooring and celing is a concrete work with no finishing material on top of it so its unattractive and also the floor feels cold while you walk on barefoot, i was expecting a better finishing. The hanging light on top of the sitting chair is a bit odd.

It was a 5 star reception, very friendly. There is no disturbance while you sleep, it was really nice. Comfortable bed The bathroom and toilet was clean.

Room wasn’t cleaned properly, no stopper for bath, hairdryer in room that caught fire and wasn’t for use, asked for a new one from receptionist as we were going out for my girlfriend’s birthday dinner and they didn’t have one but said they’d look and let us know. They never did. Check out 11am but never gave us any info on arrival and were banging on our door to tell us when we weren’t aware.

Good location. Gave us complimentary upgrade to suite for my girlfriends birthday.
